“Everything was clean, the staff were all kind, very helpfull and knowledgeable about the property. The pool is big and 5ft deep and q end. They have a wonderful jacuzzi in the pool room as well as a beautiful sauna and work out room. I wish I could have extended my stay but I had to go the next night. The room I got had a whoorle pool jacuzzi in the room and it was soooo relaxing. Great laundry facilities and multiple vending machines around the property. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. All……

“From approximately 8 PM until around 10:30 PM, we heard doors slamming multiple times, as well as large groups of unsupervised children running through the hallway. We called the front desk a few times, and we were told that our room was next to weighted doors on public bathrooms and conference rooms. The hotel staff told us they could not “police everyone.” The next morning, we were woke up from the same door slamming before 6 AM. When we spoke with the front desk staff again this morning,……
