“The hotel itself is mostly fine, with a good location and a nice view. The staff, however, were the worst among our eight stays in Sri Lanka. They weren’t friendly or helpful and had a clear “what do you want” attitude. They even woke us at 10 p.m. to ask what breakfast we wanted, which is unacceptable.
The “western breakfast” was just buttered toast, and it took 40 minutes, even though every simpler place offered more. They mentioned eggs as well, but after 40 minutes nothing appeared, and……

“酒店房間數目不多，住客少更覺舒適，四間佈置精緻屋內有三房間及大廳，屋前是泳池及沙灘，沙灘不適合游泳，晚上在灘旁餐廳用餐有機會遇上海龜，我們便遇到了，感覺幸運，房間空間十足，各項擺設傢俱都看得出老闆的心思，不但美觀且實用性高，早上有瑜伽導師授課，我們寧放棄附近景點要待在酒店享受環境及跟酒店養的狗狗們嬉戲。”

“We had a wonderful stay at the villa. For our son it was very good to have a nice pool and a beach to play in the sand with his toys. We stayed 6 Nights.
It was very comfortable to have a person who is always there for you when you need sth or have questions. Malith was great and we loved him very much. He was always nice and professional. He was available the whole time and when you check in you get his mobile number and you can text him always via What's App and he responds immediately. This……

Our family of three spent 3 nights.
The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and kind.
Breakfast each morning was delicious and the evening dinner specials were fantastic; varied Sri Lankan cuisine.

“Spice House Hotel. It’s a charming place, styled like an old British bungalow, right across from Coconut Hill in Mirissa. The location is beautiful, with lovely views, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. They offer a great breakfast included in your stay, and the internet is high-speed. Just one key thing to note: they only accept cash payments, even if you booked online through a site like Hotels.com. So be prepared with cash when you leave.”

“酒店的游泳池很不错，从3楼阳台可以直接看到mirissa海滩，房间很整洁，服务员们都很nice你有什么需要他们都很乐意帮助你。离mirissa海滩有点远，走路要15分钟，房间的门不能自动关闭，有几次出门以为自动关上了，回来才发现门没关紧，厕所的排气扇也是坏的，有人上完厕所后非常臭。总体来说酒店很不错，但作为新酒店细节仍需提升。”

“Amazing location overlooking Coral Beach which is a nice quieter end of Mirissa beach enjoyed by locals. The room was very clean but the air con dripped a lot creating pools of water on the floor and the bathroom was incredible hot and humid as it has a vent to the outdoors and a heavy door so the aircon can’t flow in. Really lovely staff and a fantastic restaurant downstairs. ”
