「The hotel has a serious lack of integrity.
Extra caution is needed during check-in and check-out.
We have never encountered such a situation in five-star hotels in Europe.」

「We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was lovely and immaculately clean.
The breakfast buffet was excellent aswell but the most impressive thing was the little extras. As we'd paid for breakfast we were also able to help ourselves to a light meal in the evening. 「Everything here was pleasant and clean and friendly and just nice. I only gave a 4-star in one category because the curved-back chair was not too comfortable for an old guy like me. I liked the location and staff and breakfast and it was all quite enjoyable. I even beat myself at a game of darts! 😆」
