“Short story, what was supposed to be a cheaper one night stay, ended up with a towed car and a towing bill. No mention of parking not being available in the complex in the listing. No mention of parking rules in the check in email. By the time I got clarification, I was already at a concert with my car left behind so I wouldn’t have to worry about looking for parking near the event. The irony doesn’t escape me.”

“Perfect spot for my needs. I am a retired traveler, and this place had everything I needed. The photos are accurate, the apartment was very clean, and everything worked properly. It is in a great location with plenty of restaurants and nightlife within walking distance (the Thai restaurant in the building was a huge bonus). It is in walking distance of the Capitol Building, the sculpture garden, and Gray's Lake. It is on a major surface road, but there was zero noise in the apartment.……

“This small apartment was exactly what we needed for a quick trip to visit our son in Iowa, where he was interning for the summer. The location was excellent with convenient walking access to Smoky Row Coffee shop (coffee in the morning and ice cream at night....yum!). It was also right off the highway so zipping east to the Harvester Club where our son was working, or west into Des Moines to hit the Jordan Creek Mall was a breeze.Despite the record heat during the week we were there, the two……

“Great place! I would recommend fixing the bathroom door which gets stuck at times. Also could use upgraded towels. Otherwise it was perfect!”

“Not the owner fault but the neighbors were slobs. Leave garbage in the hallway, and spilling stuff in the elevator and not cleaning up after themselves. Also the building stunk like pot.The apartment was very nice, but kitchen sink had a smell from not being used enough. Could use kitchen towels and wash clothes. Also could use a bigger fry pan for bacon etc. Overall nice place.”
