The owners contacted me the day of my stay with the details and even answered my text later on when I asked for a dining recommendation. We had everything we needed. “Very clean and neat. Historical and artsy. Cozy, equipped with everything you need. The outside property is arranged thoughtfully with plants, flowers and trees everywhere. And consequently, birds and likely pollinators. Skyline Cafe is a few blocks away and the food was fantastic. The Italian restaurant recommended in the room binder was also very good. Our stay was very quiet and peaceful. Just what we were looking for. ”

“Cabin in the woods with a porch swing. There was a hot tub, but we did not use it. The shower was excellent. Woodsy decor in the cabin, even in the dishware. We were quite comfortable. We had a problem with the key lock. Hadn’t seen that type before. Host responded immediately to my phone call and we figured it out. We were minutes away from the entrance to Beavers Bend State Park. Did I mention that peaceful porch swing? Would stay here again”
