“We went for a weekend of baseball. The pool was not clean. The water was green with algae. After a long day of baseball the boys wanted to swim but weren’t able to due to the swamp water. Also, our restroom smelled like sewage. For the price we payed over the few days it was not worth the stay.”

“The hotel just reopened so the amenities were close (the bar) the key didn’t work so I had to go back and a few times to the front desk The person next door was loud all night and they knew who we were talking about but couldn’t do nothing about it”

“It was a basic but comfortable room, very clean and had everything I needed for an overnight stay. The price was very good, the property was quiet and well-maintained. I was able to park right in front of my room. Easy check-in procedure & even faster check-out. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.”

“Staff is great, room was clean, comfortable bed, but mildew in bathroom ceiling and carpets could use a good cleaning. It's a 3 star stay.”

“This was by far one of our most unique and fun stay! We’re a family of 5, kids ages 8, 10, 13. I read the reviews and there seemed to be a lot of complaints about the roads in the “neighborhood”. It’s unpaved but you definitely don’t need a 4x4 to get through. Trust me the local Dodge Charger had no issues flying around us. The pictures didn’t clarify if there was an oven/stove. I’m here to tell you there is a full size electric stove/oven in the castle. The German style guest house does not……
