Villa Son March Petit is located in Pollensa, on the beautiful island of Mallorca. This charming independent holiday rental property, fully equipped with air conditioning, offers an ideal refuge for up to 5 people. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a private pool, being the perfect place to enjoy peace and tranquillity in a picturesque setting.



The villa, built in traditional Mallorcan style with local stone, is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, the cosy living room, equipped with air conditioning, communicates with the fully equipped kitchen through a door. Access is also provided to a sheltered patio, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals. The living room has comfortable sofas, satellite television, DVD player and a dining area. From here, patio doors lead to the terrace next to the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities offering everything necessary for a comfortable stay.



On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a single bed, also with air conditioning, and a family bathroom with shower and W.C. From the living room, an internal staircase leads to the first floor, where two additional bedrooms are located. One of them has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and W.C., while the other has twin beds and a family bathroom with shower and W.C.



Outside, the villa has a private pool surrounded by a beautiful garden, ideal for relaxing in the sun on the available sunbeds. In addition, there is a dining area next to the pool and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor dinners in a private and well-maintained environment.



Free air conditioning available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00, to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.

Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
