Apt. Tramuntana with shared pool by JS Villas

  • This modern apartment is set in the just 10 minutes walk to Puerto Pollensa center and beaches. The apartment is very bright, cozy and has been furnished to a high standard to offer a maximum comfort to its guests. There is a fully fitted kitchen with all you need during your stay, open plan dining & living area with a Smart TV and a large sofa. The bedrooms offer one double bed in one bedroom and the other bedroom 2 single beds. This apartment also features 2 ensuite bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bath and shower). The apartment is fully air-conditioned. The balcony is ideal for relaxing and dining al fresco watching the sunset . As a great bonus for hot summer days it offers a community swimming pool. Another wonderful addition to this apartment is its 85m2 private rooftop terrace.

    Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay).
