Lovely clean apartment - fully equipped. Near shops and easy 5 min walk to the beach. We absolutely loved our stay here The bed sheets were quite rough and a tad uncomfortable.

A clean, pleasant and well equiped apartment

We found the apartment to be clean and spacious. It appears to have been fully renovated.The 2 bedrooms have aircon which is an advantage over apartents that have aircon only in the main bedroom plus living room - everyone can sleep in comfort. The apartment stayed cool with the windows open front and rear. There is direct sun on the rear in the early morning - great fro drying clothes. Afte that no direct sun until early evening on the terraace so over heating not a problem. Location is great - 300m walk to the beach but if you want to swim you'll have to walk a bit further to avoild the ricky sea bed. The kitchen was well equiped with good condition pots and pans, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher etc. There is a utility room with washing machine. There was nothing to complain about. The local rental agents are Sealand villas although the owner lives in the downstairs apaprtment. Sealand are helpfull and responsive and try hard to give a good service. The apaprtment is on the 2nd floor - no lift - not mentioned in details. My only negative is that the living room furniture is not comfortable enough to sit through a film. The couch has padding but you have to sit bolt upright. The 2 armchairs are hard basket weave and you cant really be comfortable for long. Also, meals on the veranda is not ideal because there is only a low coffee table - a dining table and chairsd would be better. These are not complaints so much as suggestions for improvement.

Brilliant apartment

This apartment is exactly like the photos in face if anything the lounge area and main bedroom are bigger. Great location very close to large supermarket, beach and all the amenity of Puerto Pollensa. Great to be able to hang clothes out on line at back of apartment as dried very quiet. Very quiet area except first thing in morning due to I think a kids nursery just behind the apartment which can be heard early from the twin bedroom. Apartment has everything you need. Bear in mind it is on second floor which had no impact on us but maybe would have for some. The welcome back from the rental company appreciated. Check in very late at 5pm but we called round earlier and able to get in at 2pm as cleaners gone and apartment ready.

Great apartment for families and couples. Location close to nice beach (2 min), restaurants and city life. The beach is calm and warm, however the sand part is short and beach shoes are recommended for best swimming experience. The apartment is well-equipped, with everything you need to have a comfortable stay.

Nous, 2 adultes, 2 ados, avons séjourné en août. L’emplacement du logement est idéal pour profiter de port Pollença. Pas simple de trouver une place de parking mais avec un peu de patiente, on arrive à se garer gratuitement à 2 rues maximum. L’appartement est grand, climatisé avec le nécessaire de bienvenue. La literie est bonne, la salle de bain un peu petite mais la buanderie est très pratique. Un seul reproche, les sols n’avaient pas été fait et le sable craquait sous les pieds. Nous avons dû passer un bon coup de balais en arrivant. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Apart located at the start of the port de pollença, minutes walk from bars and restaurants.Advise to any fellow stayers in this apartment upon arrival, explore every door and gift packs... like a donut I and my group did not realise we had a iron till our last day.The apartment facilities will have everything you will need for your stay, clean spacious, airy and good home feel So not much...There is a school located opposite the apartment can be quite noisy from screaming kids throughout the morning not soo great after a heavy night out.My own personal preference there are no locks on the bathroom door would be good to have for own privatisation.The shower temperature would have liked it if it was hotter and had better water pressure but not such a big deal that just my own perspective

Fantastic location, just a few minutes to the beach and near plenty of shops and restaurants (lovely bakery just a minute away!). Very clean and well equipped, with a lovely balcony view and additional balcony at the back of the building. It was lovely and spacious and perfect for a summer getaway. Small disclaimer for people under the age of 25 there is a large extra deposit that must be paid in advance (we promptly got this back after leaving), this is unfortunately not mentioned prior to booking. Overall, a fantastic apartment - would highly recommend.

We spent 5 nights here on our first trip to Mallorca and loved it. An easy walk to the beach and the main streets. Despite being so central it was also very quiet. We had hired a car and it was always easy to get a park nearby (we did stay before peak season though).The apartment was very clean and had everything you need for a few days. We loved having the washing machine and took advantage of the beach umbrella on our beach days.

Very nice place, ideal for families on a quiet road 2 mins from the beach and close to everything, including a large supermarket. The location is close to the marina and appropriate for exploring Port de Pollenca in both directions. Beautiful views of the hills from the good size balcony where we had breakfast every morning. It is a large apartment with a separate laundry room and a second rear balcony where clothes can be dried. The apartment is in very good condition and comes with a play area and toys for small children. Only minor issue is that the hot water in the shower runs out quite quickly. Overall a very good choice.

Excellent apartment, great service.

The apartment was huge, it was well kept and had all necessary supplies. It was clean and everything was very impressive. The sheets on one of the beds smelled funny (musty washing). And the TV access to Netflix etc was not clear how to work.
