Lovely property for a family holiday. Wonderful views to Pollença and Alcúdia. Everything one could ask for. House is rustic but suited our needs very well. One does need a car for getting around but only 10 minutes drive to Pollenca and nearest supermarket. Communication with owners/ team excellent. A lovely holiday for us a family of 8.

An enjoyable relaxing holiday

Lots of space for a large family gathering in a beautiful traditional farm style property that is not too precious.Great facilities with the very popular pool top of the list very clean very private and in a great location. Arriving late evening makes finding the turning to the property frustrating and could be improved with signage and or ilumination.

We had a nice stay, it is located very beautiful.We loved the pool and the view was fantastic. But the kitchen should be upgraded, better knives, chopping boards, more drinking glasses, The bathrooms needed better water pressure and the shower heads were very limescaled, also the outdoor shower was very limescaled. the dining table outside was very sticky and needed sanding down, it was impossible to wipe clean because of the stickiness. A few tablecloths for the table would make a big difference. So if these things could be done, you would have the Perfect holiday stay

Lovely house and pool with great views in 2 directions. And Pollensa is highly recommended as a centre - very nice town with good restaurants and the best Sunday market.

Beautiful villa. remote location but easy to access old town and port with in 5/10 mins in a taxi. Worked well as a group of 10 adults and kids. plenty of space. Kitchen lacked equipment especially more plastic cups/ glasses for outside and the showers are terrible all need new shower heads we had no hot water for most of our trip even tho an engineer was sent out twice. Over all we had a wonderful 8days and i would highly recomend but basic things need little update We also had a private chef come cook for us at the villa which was wondeful. The company was called fresh food. They were fabulous

Majorca holiday

We really enjoyed our time at the villa and we would have given 4 stars except the sun beds were in a terrible condition,also it would have been great if you had some large plastic containers to keep the food in once opened to keep the Ants out, I know you can’t do anything about Ants but it would have made a big difference to us.we loved the pool it was so nice and lovely and warm

Our 9 person visit to Mastaguera

We loved the building and the location. The pool was perfect for the children - large, clean and safe. Only issues were - getting hot water to the kitchen, and the bedroom above, were close to impossible - pressure was low and it took 10 mins or more to get a hot shower. The kitchen, whilst OK was not ideal for our nine person party. There was no real space to store food for a party our size. The fridge is big but needs to be bigger. We struggled to get it could enough too. The oven was OK but was not clean and so smoked and smelled when we used it. Also the timer was broken, not needed by us but maybe by someone. This was known to the owner so why was it not fixed? A couple of minor things were that there were not enough tea towels given the amount of washing up 9 people can generate and we could only find 3 egg cups - not a big deal, but why not enough for the maximum party size advertised?

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr schön, es ist ein schönes Anwesen, alles hat sehr unkompliziert funktioniert, es war sehr sauber und hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Kleinere Mängel waren mehrfache Probleme mit dem Warmwasser, auf die seitens des Vermieters aber immer sofort reagiert wurde. Leider traten diese Probleme in den zwei Wochen mehrfach auf. Darüber hinaus ist die Kücheneinrichtung und -ausstattung etwas veraltet und für 10 Personen sehr knapp bemessen. Am Samstag (eine Woche nach Ankunft) kam ein Service-Team und hat das Haus gereinigt und frische Handtücher gebracht. Das war sehr gut, allerdings hätten wir uns hier eine Mitteilung oder Ankündigung gewünscht. Stattdessen standen die Damen plötzlich im Haus. Das sind alles aber nur kleine Mängel, die uns nicht davon abhalten würden, die Villa weiter zu empfehlen.

Villa Mastaguera Pollença

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen und uns auch gut erholt. Wenn es Reklamationen oder Beanstandungen gab wurden diese Zeitnah und prompt erledigt. Das finden und die Wegbeschreibung der Villa war eine richtige Zangengeburt!!! Sollte man für die Zukunft entweder Koordinaten mitteilen oder eine Tafel anbringen weil das rostige Tor ist schlecht ersichtlich, wenn es offen steht.

Schöne Finca mit flair

Die Finca liegt im südlichen Bereich von Pollenca. Etwas abgeschieden, dafür aber sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Wir waren anscheinend die ersten Gäste der Saison. Die Innenräume rochen recht feucht und etwas moderig. Nach ein paar Tagen mit Heizung verbesserte sich dies aber. Die Räume sind von der größe ordentlich. Jeder hat sein Bad und WC. Es bedarf aber schon etwas Renovierung. Die Küche zum Beispiel ist funktionell. Aber ein uralter Ofen mit altem Ceran-Feld. Passt vielleicht zum Style der Finca, aber dies wäre schon wichtig. Die Kaffeemaschine funktioniert tatsächlich fast gar nicht. Hier muss man sich etwas behelfen. Heißes Wasser im Wasserkocher zubereiten und dann halt Kaffee aufgießen. Das WLAN strahlt zwar aus, es ist aber fast keine Webseite erreichbar. Egal ob über Handy oder PC. Den Fehler haben wir auch nicht gefunden. Wir nutzten so den Datentarif von den Handys.Sonst kann man aber wirklich gemühtlich draussen gemeinsam Zeit verbringen. Pool ist sauber und neue Liegen vorhanden. Toller Blick und viel Natur. Wir haben die 1 Woche genossen!!!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön. Der Check-In/Out läuft super einfach und ohne Probleme. Kleinere Schwierigkeiten konnten direkt behoben werden. Aufenthalt vom 08. - 18.10.2024

Der Aufenthalt war so lala. Die finca ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die sanitärinstalation muss dringend überholt werden. Die Zuleitungen waren schmutzig und mussten gereinigt werden. Das geschah kurzfristig. War ok. Kaffeemaschine brauchte sehr lange. Die Zimmer sind ok aber die Betten sind so nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Positiv ist die Größe zu bewerten und der Ausblick bis Port pollenca. Wir werden die finca nicht mehr anmieten.

Muy buena opción familiar

Fuimos 10 personas y la verdad la villa ofrece todas las prestaciones y servicios que ofrecen en el anuncio. La villa es grande, cómoda y bien distribuida, tener la piscina con áreas verdes es fantástico. Hay espacio para 5 coches. Como sugerencia hace falta mucha más iluminación en el área de la piscina, creo que se puede aprovechar más por las noches

Sehr schöne Finca mit Pool und schönem Meerblick

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Mädels und haben uns von Anfang an super wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Cati über Nachrichten war hervorragend. Die Finca mit 5 Zimmern und Bädern sowie Küche und Wohnzimmer ist sehr sauber. Die Küche könnte an einigen Stellen erneuert werden, wie z.B. der Backofen oder die klemmenden Schubladen. Die Sonnenliegen haben ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich und sollten ebenso erneuert werden. Der Blick auf das Meer und Pollenca war wunderschön. Mitten in der Woche wurden erfreulicherweise unsere Handtücher vom Putzpersonal ausgetauscht. Der Pool und Whirlpool war sauber und schön. Die Tischtennisplatte haben wir täglich genutzt, hier wären neue Tischtennisschläger sinnvoll. Die Klimaanlage lief im ganzen Haus ohne Probleme. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden und können diese Finca weiterempfehlen.

Wiederholungstäter

Wir haben zum wiederholten Mal bei dieser Vermieterin gebucht und zum 2. Mal diese Finca/Villa Mastaguera. Wie auch die vorherigen Male waren alle 3 Generationen (wir, Kinder und Enkel) ausgesprochen zufrieden. Das Haus und die ganze Anlage sind in einem guten Zustand und der Ausblick auf Polenca und in Richtung Port de Alcudia ist herrlich. Die Enkel haben die meiste Zeit im Pool und im Whirlpool verbracht 😎. Vom Flughafen ist es in weniger als einer 3/4 Stunde zu erreichen und leicht zu finden. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wunderschöne Finca

Wir waren mit 9 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern für 2 Wochen in der Finca. Es war alles da, was man braucht, manches könnte allerdings durchaus mal gegen was neueres getauscht werden. Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt, so auch das umgehend bereitgestellte Ersatzteil. Cati hat dann eine komplett neue gebracht. Die Klimaanlage in einem Zimmer hat leider auch nicht richtig funktioniert und musste zwei mal repariert werden, was aber auch immer schnell passierte. Eine Toilettenspülung lief die ganze Zeit durch, was in der ersten Nacht etwas unschön war, dann aber gefixt werden konnte. Die Ameisen sind allgegenwärtig, allerdings nur außen und eigentlich stören sie nicht. Wir haben keine Fallen aufgestellt. Sehr störend waren aber die Wespen, die in den letzten drei Tagen aufgetaucht sind und jedes Essen ziemlich erschwert haben. Ein Nest konnte von Cati nicht gefunden werden, stattdessen bekamen wir einen Insektenvernichter, den wir selbstverständlich nicht gegen die Tiere eingesetzt haben. Die Finca an sich und die Lage mit phänomenalem Ausblick ist fantastisch und wir würden sie auch weiterempfehlen. Auch die Kommunikation mit Cati (englisch) und deren prompte Reaktion war sehr gut. Für fünf Sterne waren aber doch zu viele Geräte bzw. Gegenstände defekt. Dennoch haben wir die 2 Wochen sehr genossen. Das Haus wurde nach einer Woche komplett gereinigt und die Handtücher wurden zweimal getauscht. Wichtig ist ein Mietwagen, da man ansonsten auf Taxis angewiesen wäre.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Objekt für 8 Tage. Ein Mietauto ist ein muss, wie für so ziemlich alle fincas die ländlich liegen. Supermärkte und diverse Strände wie Playa de muro in der Nähe (ca 15 min Fahrzeit). An sich fanden wir das Objekt aber leider etwas zu teuer für das, was tatsächlich geboten wird. Denn der Herd/Ofen in der Küche ist ziemlich alt und funktioniert nicht mehr gut. Generell sehr alte Küchengeräte. locker die Hälfte der düsen im whirlpool funktionieren leider nicht mehr. Die liegen am Pool könnten auch endlich mal ausgetauscht werden. Nicht nur weil sie sichtbar alt und teilweise abgenutzt sind, sondern weil sie auch überhaupt nicht schön und hochwertig sind… bei dieser Preisklasse kann man definitiv etwas besseres erwarten. An den genannten punkten sollte dringend nachjustiert werden. Der Garten macht auf den Fotos einen größeren Eindruck als er tatsächlich ist, aber das ist vielleicht auch lediglich mein subjektiver Eindruck. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass jedes Zimmer eine Klimaanlage und ein eigenes Bad hat. alles in allem war es ein schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt, hier hat man seine Ruhe und von jeder Seite eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Bei gutem Wetter sieht man auch das Meer im Hintergrund. Die Kommunikation lief mit Cathi stets reibungslos und Wünsche, wie zb den Whirlpool wärmer einstellen, wurden ohne zu zögern erfüllt.
