Lovely villa on outskirts of Pollenca , Villa was well equipped and outside space was amazing.Definitely a 20 minute walk into Center of Pollenca which we enjoyed but use a torch on way home if dark . This was our second stay with Owl booking and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them , any problem or question is sorted straight away Bathrooms could probably do with an…. Especially upstairs bathroom.If you are elderly climbing into bath for a shower could be tricky. Otherwise everything was good .

A Little Piece of Paradise Just Outside Pollensa!

We had a lovely week end of June into July 2024 at the Villa. The pool area is the highlight and the best we've experienced at numerous villas over the years. Nice and large with steps down into it, for you to sit on. The pool surface is tiled throughout, and is neither too slippy nor too rough underfoot. Both the water and the surrounding pool area were kept immaculately clean. The sunbeds were also plentiful and of a good quality and comfortable. No parasols were needed, as whilst the pool itself enjoys the sun throughout the day, there is natural shade available around the edges of the pool from the bushes/trees in the pretty little garden area. The charcoal barbeque worked well as did the roomy outside eating area at the side of the property, which remained shady all day. The kitchen was fine for our requirements and the little adjoining pantry well stocked with plates/cutlery/glasses etc. We enjoyed having the use of a nespresso machine and even a hand blender! One other thing that worked really well was also the air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the main living area. 2 supermarkets, Lidl and Eroski were literally 2 mins drive away. It's an easy, flat (I would say 15-20 min) walk into the main square in Pollensa and we really liked the option of leaving the cars at home for an evening or two! Overall we had a lovely holiday and we would very happily return another time!

Excellent Villa

We loved our stay of six friends and two small children. The villa was secluded however, could walk to supermarkets and town which was perfect. There are multiple seating areas which we enjoyed. The pool is fantastic and the gardens are extremely well kept. We were very impressed with the kitchen equipment as we were keen to cook in the villa. The level of service and contact from owl properties was fantastic and friendly. The directions and villa info was brilliant before and during our stay! Will definitely try and come again!!

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Der Kontakt zu der Agentur ist super. Wir haben Taxi, Transfer und Mietwagen über die Agentur bestellt. Hat alles super geklappt und das Mietauto wurde sogar zur finca genracht und abgeholt. Die Nähe zur Stadt kommt mit 10 Minuten nicht hin. Eher 20-30 min und der Fussweg ist schlecht erDer Pool ist mega gross. Er ist 2.60 m tief. Das fanden wir etwas zu viel. Wir hätten gerne überall stehen können aber egal. Außerdem gibt es sehr viele Mücken. Das ist aber in Pollenca anscheinend überall so. Der Fussweg mit 10 min stimmt nicht ganz. Eher so 20-30 min. Und der Weg führt an einer Hauptstraße entlang. Also mit Kleinkindern wie bei uns eine Zumutung. Wenn man das aber vorher weiss ist alles bestens. Wir können die Finca auf jeden fall weiterempfehlen

Erwartungen übertroffen

Die Erwartungen wurden in Summe übertroffen. Besonders die vielen unterschiedlichen Sitzgelegenheiten waren wunderbar, denn so hat man immer den richtige Platz gefunden (sonnig/schattig, windig/warm, zurückgezogen/mitten bei den anderen). Mit der dichten Lage zur Stadt und hinter dem Gewerbegebiet geht allerdings ein gewisses Grundrauschen einher. Zudem gibt es keinen Wander- bzw. reinen Fußweg zur Stadt, sodass man schon sehr auf die Autos achten muss. Sicherstellen, dass das Reinigungsteam wirklich den Eindruck hinterlässt, dass sie die Bäder geputzt haben.

Besser geht's nicht

Wir haben eine tolle Finca vorgefunden. Sie war wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Sogar mit einem Willkommenspaket mit Spülmaschinen Tabs etc. Klasse. Die Kommunikation vor Ort konnte nicht besser sein. Absolut empfehlenswert!!
