Villa Magdalena is a pleasant Mediterranean villa located in a quiet area of Cala Sant Vicenç, just a short walk from its beautiful sandy coves with crystal-clear waters. Its bright style, well-designed outdoor spaces and proximity to the sea make it an ideal choice for a relaxing beach holiday.



The property features a private plunge pool, seamlessly integrated into the terrace, perfect for cooling off on warm summer days while enjoying complete privacy.



The villa is distributed over two floors, offering comfortable and well-organised spaces for families. On the upper floor, the main entrance leads into a welcoming living area filled with natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides all the facilities needed to cook comfortably during your stay. On this level, there is one bedroom with twin beds, one bedroom with a double bed and one single bedroom, all bright and airy. These bedrooms share a full bathroom located in the hallway. The single bedroom also has direct access to the terrace. Additionally, there is an exterior toilet with shower, very convenient after a day at the beach.



An exterior staircase leads down to the lower floor, where you will find a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower and an additional living area equipped with a small fridge and coffee machine for added convenience. This floor also features a playroom designed especially for children.



All bedrooms, except the single bedroom on the lower floor, are equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold) available 24 hours a day, ensuring comfort throughout the year. The villa also offers free wifi, ideal for both leisure and remote working.



Outside, the spacious terrace surrounds the house and offers several areas to relax and enjoy outdoor living, including a barbecue area under the veranda and a sun terrace with pleasant mountain views. Private parking is also available.



Thanks to its excellent location, the beaches can be reached on foot, and in the evening you can explore the local restaurants and bars of Cala Sant Vicenç, well known for fresh fish and a varied gastronomic offer. Pollença, Puerto Pollensa and other charming villages in the north of the island are also within easy reach.
