Great experience

Overall a great experience! The space was everything we needed. I’d say the beds could be a bit more comfortable and maybe just an overall furniture update throughout, but for the price point it was everything we needed and expected.

Perfect for two families

They are two separate houses that share the pool and terrace. For two families, it's great because it has everything in duplicate: washing machine, dishwasher, and two bathrooms in each house. You can walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

This house is not worth the price

The house is in dire need of an upgrade. It is dark, and looks like it hasn’t had anything done to it in 30 years or more. The kitchen appliances did not function well, the kitchen delft and cutlery cheap and mismatching, there were no cutting knives that would cut, no chopping boards, no BBQ utensils. The fridge and dishwasher were not working on arrival. We had cockroaches! Shower wasn’t draining. The Wi-Fi was not usable. We have been holidaying in this area for over a decade and this house was a huge disappointment. The positives were, the air conditioning worked well and the outdoor area and pool were

Excelent stay

We had an excellent days at Villa Tonieta. The house is very comfortable, has a beautiful pool, terrace, and is next to the beach. Without a doubt, we will return soon. Thank you for so wonderful days Everything was perfect.

Schöne etwas in die Jahre gekommene Villa

Das Haus mit der Aufteilung der Räume, der Pool. Die Lage in Cala Sant Vicenc, ruhig gelegen. Die Bäder, das Mobiliar, die Küchenausstattung(diese war zusammengesucht und unvollständig für die angegebene Personenzahl) Die Pfannen und Töpfe aus vergangener Zeit. Insgesamt benötigt die Villa mit ihrer Ausstattung eine Überholung im weitesten Sinne.

Le logement est parfaitement situé. Idéal pour 12 personnes. Très belle piscine (beaucoup mieux que sur les photos). La plage et les commerce à seulement 10 minutes à pied. Il faudrait une voile d’ombrage près de la piscine où nous pourrions déjeuner à l’ombre. Une cafetière plus grande et fonctionnable devrait être mise à disposition.
