Villa Casa Blanca Carbo for six people with pool

Villa Casa Blanca Carbo enjoys a unique location, just above the Virgin of Cala San Vicente. This whitewashed villa offers spectacular panoramic sea views, as well as spacious terraces for an exciting outdoor life for up to 6 guests. The attractive kidney-shaped private pool is the perfect place for relaxing hours under the sun.



The entrance to the villa leads to a hallway with doors on both sides, one of which is a small bedroom with bunk beds. Next to this is a family bathroom with a shower. There is also a two-bed bedroom and a master bedroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The main family bathroom has a full-size bathtub with a shower. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a pantry. From the kitchen, there is a door leading to the path around the side of the villa and a small terrace with observation points. The L-shaped dining/living room is tastefully decorated in neutral cream and brown tones. The living area comprises two seating areas, one configured as a TV area. Large glass doors lead to a covered terrace.



On the outside, through the living room, there is a covered terrace with a glass table and chairs for outdoor dining and some steps leading down to the kidney-shaped pool with two semicircular steps to enter. A little further on there is a first observation point where uninterrupted views of the mountains where they end and the sea begins can be enjoyed. From here there is a complete 180º view. On the other side of the property there is another observation terrace this time with bench seats and sea views. Here small sailing boats can be seen passing by.

Free air conditioning from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
