Apartment 'El Barco' with Balcony and Wi-Fi

This family apartment is located in a quiet area of Paseo de los Pinos, just past the famous Hotel Illa d'Or, and offers sea views of Puerto Pollensa from its spacious corner balcony. The living room is air-conditioned and Wi-Fi is included.



Situated on the second floor with an elevator, the property is very comfortable. It is directly opposite Pine Walk beach and features a large furnished front balcony with a dining table and chairs, perfect for enjoying beautiful and relaxing sea views.



Inside, the apartment offers a well-furnished living-dining area with air conditioning, Smart TV, DVD player, and direct access to the balcony through sliding doors.



There are three bedrooms: one double and two with single beds, as well as two bathrooms with showers. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with an oven, stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine.

Great location and spacious!

The property location is great, walking distance from restaurants and the beach (by the way, great view from the balcony!). Inward also aiming for some cycling and I couldn’t have been closer to Cap du Formentor, plus easy access to roads to other routes/mountains. Apartment was clean and has good size. Our family of 6 has no issue at all with space. Stair access was also good for us and, despite not having a dedicated parking spot, it’s really easy to park on the street. Will definitely be back!
