Can Teulada is a 4 or 6-bedroom family villa with a private pool in the countryside of Puerto Pollensa and Pollença furnished in a rustic Mediterranean style with all the modern comforts.

This villa is split over 3 levels: the main floor and 1st floor as the main house while the lower floor has a further 2 bedrooms, living space and a shower room.

The villa is an ideal property for two families travelling together as there is plenty of space and separation.

The outdoor space is fantastic, with a wonderful landscape-style swimming pool with natural rocks and a cascade, surrounded by a lawn area and a lovely garden filled with aromatic lavender. There is also a large dining table under the covered terrace which makes enjoying meals ‘al fresco’ a real joy.
