We had a great stay. The condo is located close to the main square and all the restaurants, but it's quiet at night. We took daily trips to the nearest beaches. There are a few tight parking spaces outside the place and a large lot 5 min walking distance. The house is clean and the host thought of all the details to make a stay with the fam comfortable. Would stay here again.

Sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft, wenige Gehminuten von einem öffentlichen Parkplatz entfernt. Viele Restaurants und Geschäfte in direkter Umgebung. Nette Nachbarschaft, am Abreisetag bot uns gar die Nachbarin an unseren Müllbeutel mitzunehmen, da wir mit Gepäck beladen waren. Klare und freundliche Kommunikation. Duschgel und Shampoo vorhanden, alles an Grundausstattung wie Öl, Essig, Gewürze, Spülmaschinen- und Waschmaschinentabs vorhanden. Wir wurden mit Snacks und Wein begrüßt. Für ein mallorquinisches Stadthaus typisch etwas dunkel aber mit kleiner Terrasse. Wir würden es empfehlen.

Das Appartment liegt perfekt in der Altstadt von Pollença, nur wenige Schritte vom wunderschönen historischen Zentrum mit zahlreichen Restaurants und schönen Geschäften entfernt. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und schön dekoriert. Die Gastgeberin war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation lief perfekt. Einziger Wermutstropfen war der Lärm durch die Renovierungsarbeiten im Nachbarhaus am An- und Abreisetag. Trotzdem können wir diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und kommen auch gerne wieder.

Wir waren rund um begeistert. Die Matratzen waren 1 A beste Qualität. Die Lage ist super. Alles in der Nähe, sowohl der Parkplatz als auch die Innenstadt. Die Kommunikation war top, wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Gerne kommen wir wieder, denn Pollenca ist allgemein ein Traum. Ich bedanke mich für alles und sage erst einmal ADIOS. 💐
