Lovely view, relaxing location

Wonderful location for those looking to stay outside the busier areas of the island. Clean, well maintained apartment with a gorgeous view. Short walk to dining, shops, and beaches. Would definitely stay again.

What a great find

Exactly like the photos, simply beautiful. We loved mornings on the balcony, walking the path to the sea and walking to the town. The house is fully equipped and the owner is very easy to communicate with. Thank you!

Amazing place!

This place is incredible! The views are striking, just like the pictures. The owner was incredibly communicative, and provided thorough information (with supporting pictures!) about things like where the key was and where to park. Do know that there are a lot of stairs to get down to the apartment, but if they're not a problem for you, it's totally worth it! This was a great place to unwind after a week of visiting busy cities on the mainland. The pool is very nice (and not heavily utilized, at least not when we were there), and again, the view can't be beat. A great experience overall.

Unikt, få turister, meget ro.

Pros: Omgivelserne. Cons: Hele Holidu processen. Sparsomme oplysninger, ingen info på mail. Kunne ikke tilgå min reservation på Holidu APP’en. Tog kontakt til værten via What’s app ugen før ophold. Vi vidste ikke om vi havde boligen før en uge før tjek’in da vi intet havde hørt eller modtaget noget på res nr.

Unglaublich toller Ausblick

Positiv: Unglaublich toller Ausblick. Maria war per WhatsApp gut zu erreichen und war auch hilfsbereit da unser Flug 5 Stunden Verspätung hatte. Negativ: 88 Stufen von der Straße zum Apartement. Das ist an sich schonn anstrengend, aber wenn man Koffer dabei hat (was meist der Fall ist im Urlaub) ist das echt anstrengend. Das Apartement ist modern eingerichtet aber leider fehlt es dann doch im Detail (z.B. keine 4 gleichen Kaffeetassen, keine scharfen Messer). Das Apartement ist für 4 Erwachsene angepriesen aber tatsächlich ist das zweite Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoß nur sehr bedingt zumutbar. Toilette und Dusche zum Bett fast nicht abgetrennt und man muss sich schon sehr daran gewöhnen auf der Toilette zu sitzen wenn der Partner daneben steht oder sitzt. Außerdem ist diese Schlafzimmer und auch das Bett sehr klein. Besonders gestört hat uns - ggf. ist das aber auch der Jahreszeit geschuldet - dass die Terrasse im Oktober/November fast die ganze Zeit im Schatten liegt und dass überhaupt kein Windschutz vorhanden ist. Man kann sich bei Wind (und der geht im Herbst oft) draußen kaum aufhalten. WLAN ging gut, auch Netflix aber deutsches TV konnte man nicht schauen. Nicht so schlimm aber die Bedienung des SmartTV ist schon was für Experten.

Total afslapning

Pros: Fantastisk udsigt over byen, havet og bjergene, hvor man kan sidde og kigge i mange timer. Lejligheden er top istandsat med lækker indretning. Optimal mulighed for at sende ungerne på nederste etage, hvor der både er bad, toilet, seng og stor terrasse og de voksne på 1. salen med de samme faciliteter, bare større. Polen er lige nede foran og fungerer fint. Der var ikke så mange, der brugte den, så man kan sagtens bevæge sig rundt. Der er flere gode restauranter i byen 500 meter nede af bakken, hvor Modesto er klart den bedste også på grund af den intime stemning. Tre gode strande, hvor den ene dog kræver, at man ikke går med krykker. Hvis der er et spørgsmål omkring en funktion i køkkenet eller andet, så hjælper værten med det samme på WhatsApp, som man lige skal downloade.

Lovely place

Kommunikation med udlejer forløb lidt svært, men det lykkes og vi fik nøglen udleveret. Lejligheden, placeringen og udsigten var vidunderlig. En lidt fugtig kælder og en seng lidt lille til to store teenagere, men alt i alt en fantastisk ferie i smukke omgivelser.

Eine bessere Lage geht einfach nicht!

Pros: Tolles Haus, Maria hat an alles gedacht. Tolle Küche, gut eingerichtet. Mit diesem Meerblick macht es Spaß zu kochen.

très bel appartement et vue extraordinaire

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'appartement est bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel et très bonne communication avec l'hôte. Mais l'intérêt majeur est la terrasse et la vue magnifique sur la baie. Un endroit parfait pour sillonner l'île.

Amazing stay!

Really clean and modern apartment with stunning views over the Cala San Vicente bay. The property was immaculately clean and well equipped. The pool area was very clean and there are steps from the pool area down to the sea where you can jump straight in to the warm turquoise sea for some amazing snorkelling. No matter what time of the day or weather conditions the views from the apartment are breathtaking and if you are lucky enough to see a summer thunder storm you will not be disappointed with the show! So good, we have already booked again for 2022. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Endroit à choisir si vous voulez être un peu reculé de la ville et relaxer au maximum. Nous y sommes allés en mars et malgré le temps un peu plus frais, le paysage était autant à couper le souffle. Randonnées possibles autour.
