Pros: Sehr gepflegtes Anwesen, in dem sich der Eigentümer viel Mühe gibt. Cons: Die Ausstattung der Küche mit dem einen oder anderen Kleinelektrogerät wäre schön gewesen. Im Land der Orangen ist eine Saftpresse eigentlich Standard. Ebenso ist ein Handrührgerät immer schön. Sonst alles top.

Tolle Finca auf einem schönen Grundstück mit Pool!

Pros: Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr gut. Die Finca ist im mallorquinischen Stil gebaut und eingerichtet. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und hübsch. Der Pool ist toll! Die Lage der Finca ist in einem kleinen Wohngebiet am Rand von Pollenca. Zu Fuß dauert es ca. 20 Minuten bis in die Stadt. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Finca sind zwei Supermärkte. Cons: Anreise: Jede Finca hat Hausnummer oder Name am Tor, damit man sie findet. Diese leider nicht. Das hat es etwas schwer gemacht, zumal in der Nachbarschaft einige Hunde zu hören waren und wir nicht einfach auf gut Glück das Grundstück betreten wollten. Informationen zur Finca: An der Garderobe gab es Hinweise zu Abläufen bzgl. Corona (z.B. regelmäßig Lüften). Es wäre aber noch hilfreicher, wenn ein paar mehr Alltags-Informationen ausgelegen hätten, z.B. wo entsorgt man den Müll, wo liegen Handfeger/Schaufel oder Staubsauger? Die Dusche im OG war kaum zu benutzen, der Schlauch war total kaputt.
