NEWLY RENOVATED FOR 2026

This ground floor apartment has a communal pool and is in a peaceful neighbourhood, and just a 2 minute walk to Llenaire beach.



The apartment is one in a block of just nine. As it is conveniently situated on the ground floor, there are no stairs and there is direct access from the apartment terrace to the communal pool and garden. The pool also has a separate, shallow children's area.



The community rules state that the pool area must not be used between 3 and 5pm, during the siesta time. We kindly ask you to respect this, Thank you!



Inside the apartment, there is an open-plan sitting room where guests can enjoy a large Smart TV and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a pretty breakfast terrace overlooking the swimming pool



The apartment sleeps six in three bedrooms: two double bedrooms and a twin room with 2 singles. There are two bathrooms. One has been recently renovated and has a stunning walk-in shower and the second bathroom has a bath with overhead shower



Guests can enjoy the 20 minute walk along the pretty seafront to the centre of Puerto Pollensa where there are plenty of excellent restaurants and supermarkets. The beach is very child-friendly and there is a wooden play area which will entertain your little ones for hours.



There are also plenty of reasonably priced bike hire shops in the port, so you can easily hire bikes and cycle into the centre of Puerto Pollensa or Alcudia old town. No car needed! Although there is a dedicated parking space next to the apartment if you do decide to hire a car.



This property ticks a lot of boxes. It is particularly popular for families, cyclists, and friends wanting to stay close to the beach. Available all year

Great location for our early October cycling trip with easy walk into town. Directions received were accurate and access to the unit was fairly easy despite our jet lag. The management team was very responsive to fixing a refrigerator issue. Everything was clean, plenty of towels, and dishes. I would consider staying there again.

Lovely property next to a beautiful safe beach with lifeguards. We loved our stay here and found the property agents exceptionally responsive. Highly recommend. Apartment is really lovely with two lovely bathrooms.

Lovely stay in Puerto Pollenca

The property was perfect for our family. Close to the sea and beach and nearby restaurants. The property itself was spacious and had everything we needed and the kids loved the pool. It could possibly do with a couple more sun beds as some days there were 3 families round the pool and also some residents from the building and only about 6-7 sun beds altogether, but we came and went from the beach most days anyway so it wasn’t a big issue. Overall we had a great time and would happily stay again.

Needs work but still a nice stay

Photos are a little misleading and property itself is tired and really needs upgrading. We really made the most of our stay though but rarely used the pool as there are restrictions from 3pm to 5pm daily post siesta. There’s also a Spanish family with a rather annoying yappy dog in one of the other ground floor apartments that they allow around the pool all day which surprised me. I understand they spend most of the summer there too, so be aware of this if you are booking. All that said, the agent was super helpful when the washing machine didn’t work and fixed the issue as soon as they could. All in all not great value for money and we won’t be staying again but can’t thank the agent enough for their help. Would certainly consider using the agent again, but that’s about it. Location was chosen as it’s a quiet area towards the lower part of Llenaire. Shame about the restrictions and that blooming dog… 🐶

We made a complaint at the beginning of our stay. They were very quick to respond and clean the apartment again. They apologised and agreed it wasn't clean to a satisfactory standard. We really appreciated this.

Lovely stay

Travelled with my husband and 2 year old. Property nice and safe for toddler, balcony has a gate which locks and pool has a kiddies end. Area was lovely and quiet, 2 minutes to the beach and 2 restaurants and a beach bar. 20/25 minutes along the promonade to town with lots of restaurants and bars. Definitely return. The door for accessing apartment is at the back by the carpark which we didn't realize on arrival.

OK but dated and overpriced

The apartment is generally OK but very much in need of refurbishment and does not feel particularly clean or pleasant, the main bathroom in particular is tired. The man bed is comfortable ad it has a modern smart tv. The location is quite far from the nice part of the Pinewalk but is quiet. The balcony is unusable as it is so narrow. Disappointed as the photos make it look so much nicer than it actually is

Lovely break in a nice apartment

Before we arrived we had prompt and clear communication with clear instructions as to how to access the property. They had also set up our travel cot and provided a high chair which was greatly appreciated. The apartment was perfect for the quiet beach holiday we wanted! Just a short walk from the beach and in a quiet area for some peaceful nights. The pool was also perfect and was quite quiet during our stay which made it feel quite private which was nice. All in all it was a very comfortable stay at a nice apartment. We can highly recommend it.

Große Wohnung im EG nah am Strand

Sauberes großes Apartment, Supermarkt, Restaurants und Strand ganz in der Nähe. Nette Vermieterin, die sich schnell und unkompliziert kümmert. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe auch bei später Ankunft. Parkplätze vorhanden. Kein deutsches Fernsehen. Werden wir weiter empfehlen.

Lovely appartment

Really nice well located appartment with great facilities in an excellent location. Minutes away from the beach, restaurants and bars. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a great pool. Great for the family, easy to get out and about or just relax.

Great Stay

Just spent a week here in August and the apartment is perfect, nice pool for kids to play in and cool off in the heat and the apartment has AC now also which is ideal when the day gets too hot. A few very good restaurants only 1 min walk with the beach the same distance Really enjoyed the stay as a family of 4 (2 adults 2 children)

Such a shame

We were told within only a few weeks to go on our holiday, that the pool was out of action. With the flight, transport etc all booked it was too short notice to change. We did have a 20% refund but it was so disappointing . The apartment was fine. Also disappointed to have to go to the agent in Pollensa to get the apartment key. Which cost an extra 10 euros on the taxi .

Clean, comfortable, well-equipped family apartment

This is a lovely apartment with plenty of space. Our kids usually share a room on holiday so we didn't think we'd need the third bedroom but actually it was great being able to separate them! The kitchen has everything you'd need and there are plenty of beach toys and other useful things in the utility room. The air con is very good though we didn't need it every night - the apartment is cool and the ceiling fans do a good job. The pool is quite small but great for kids - they spent literally hours in there. The beach is practically on the doorstep, and one of the nicest I have ever been to - white sand and warm sea. The town is a very pretty 20 min walk away and if you haven't got a car, the bikes at the apartment are very useful and a lot of fun to explore on. I did all the supermarket shopping by bike with a big rucksack! There are a few good local restaurants and a Spar for the basics. We got taxi transfers to and from the airport, organised for us by the property company, with lovely drivers who were very helpful and hospitable. We really appreciated the tea, coffee, biscuits, milk and wine that awaited us on arrival in the apartment. All in all a lovely place to stay, with very thoughtful hosts, and if we return to the area, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Lovely Apartment

We have just returned from staying in this apartment for a week, we had our daughters, son in law and 18 month old grandson with us. The apartment was perfect, plenty of room and good sized bedrooms, the kitchen was well equipped and provided everything we needed. The outside space, the pool and the garden was just the icing on the cake and was enjoyed by everyone especially when our grandson was having his siesta! We have been to Puerto Pollensa several times so roughly knew where the apartment was, we loved its position, very close to the beach, several nice restaurants and bars close by and a nice walk into the center which we did many times. Wendy the owner was very nice to deal with, her instructions for key pick up etc were excellent. We would certainly stay at the apartment again and we were very sorry to leave!!

I lovely stay, comfy bed in main bedroom, only two of us so can't comment on other bedrooms! Walk in shower was really nice and great water pressure with plenty of hot water. We loved the location as we loved the walk into town of an evening, great bar on front called sebaris, lovely cocktails and great views! Also enjoyed two meals at siuerell which is stones throw from apartment. Can't comment on pool as we were they in march so bit chilly for a swim! Looked clean though and very quiet to enjoy reading book on terrace. Apartment was very well equipped for cooking if you wished. Had a slight issue with wi fi and tv but was quickly resolved as soon as reported. Wendy has been very polite and helpful in all correspondence. We always seem to return every year for a early break to Puerto pollensa and of all the apartments we have stayed we have both said that we would return to Wendy's apartment.

Ideal quiet position, with lovely swimming pool. A beautiful walk into the resort with plenty of good quality restaurants. If you want to stay close to the apartment, only 5 minutes walk to the beach and very nice beach bar. If you enjoy walking or biking this resort is ideal and very classy.

Very pleasant apartment in peaceful area

A very enjoyable stay in a well appointed apartment in a peaceful area between Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia. The local restaurant which is a very short stroll away is very good and welcoming. The only downside, in my opinion, was the narrow gate into the car park which is tricky to negotiate, particularly in the dark. That being the case it didn't detract from our enjoyment of what is a most pleasant home from home which incorporates all the necessary home comforts.

A very well equipped and maintained apartment, in a peaceful location very close to beach. A good choice of restaurants within walking distance and the centre of Peurto Pollensa accessible but a slightly longer walk. Everywhere is really clean and people very friendly. We would definitely recommend the apartment and hope to return here again one day.

A true home away from home. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wendy & Jim's apartment is beautiful. A true 'home away from home'. The apartment is very modern with everything you would expect. The beds were comfy, the shower was excellent and the kitchen had everything a Jamie Oliver wannabe would need. My wife and I were in the apartment for 2 weeks with our 3 young children and it was perfect. The apartment has a bath which was great for the kids, a high chair, plastic plates & cups, dishwasher, washing machine and separate dryer along with plenty of entertainment to keep both old and young occupied (games, books, DVD's & tv). The beach and 2 very good restaurants are only a 2 min stroll away with a small supermarket only 5 mins away. Wendy shared all relevant information well in advance of our stay. It was extremely helpful and appreciated. I would highly recommend the apartment and will definitely return :)

Excellent accommodation !

My husband & I found the instructions to find the apartment excellent (Thank you Wendy ) Everything went like clock work from booking to receiving details , including maps , to collecting the keys . The apartment was everything we hoped for , very clean , well equipped , lovely welcome pack which was much appreciated . There was lots of information in the apartment with recommendations were to eat etc . Also a good supply of books for the occasional rainy day !
