VILLA CAN DEMANA - JEWEL IN THE MIDST OF NATURE

In the lovely Sierra de Tramuntana, with stunning mountain views, is the charming single-floor property known as Villa Can Demana. It is only ten minutes by car from the charming village of Pollensa. Children and adults will both love the diversity of outdoor activities offered by this property, which will make your days a memorable vacation in a distinctive setting. The living room, a rustic area with wooden beams and stones, is where you enter the villa. Its plush sofas tempt you to play board games, read a nice book, or watch a satellite TV channel. Every room in the house has WiFi.



To the right of the living room, we find three steps that lead us to an open and fully equipped eat-in kitchen. The kitchen also has access to the terrace on one side and to a small room where the washing machine is on the other side.



Towards the back of the living room there is a double bedroom in pastel colors with a large closet where the safe is located inside with a key. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom. It has a bathtub with shower and bidet.



Crossing the living room there is a small hallway, where we find two rooms. On one side there is a single room in light colors, with a chest of drawers with a mirror, a closet and a coat rack. The other is a room with two single beds and a built-in closet. Between these two rooms there is a bathroom with shower.



All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning.To enhance your comfort, they are available for use at any time of the day or night.



The outdoor space has a tennis court, ping pong table, Jacuzzi, trampoline, mini golf and a beautiful swimming pool. To enjoy the sun, there is a double Balinese bed, and three individual hammocks. Children and adults will not want to leave Villa Can Demana as it has everything you need to spend unique days with family or friends and surrounded by the best scenery.



From the kitchen doors opens onto the terrace and a sitting area where you will have wonderful mountain views. Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and immerse yourself in Mother Nature!



In the garden, there is also a barbecue and a table with chairs where you can enjoy your culinary delights outdoors with a glass of good local wine and then take a break or read a good book in the hammocks next to the garden.



Villa Can Demana, is in an exceptional location, in the mountains of Pollensa. This villa is an ideal choice for those who wish to enjoy a secluded and quiet location, just a few minutes from the old town of Pollensa.



In the picturesque village of Pollensa you will find a variety of cafes, restaurants, bars and many traditional stores. Every Sunday you will find the open-air market with a variety of fresh produce, fruits, plants, clothes and much more.



You can also visit Puerto Pollensa, located 20 minutes’ drive from the Villa, an ideal place to relax on the beach, practice water sports such as kayaking, jet skiing or a boat ride. Dive a little deeper in Cala San Vicente with its crystal-clear waters.



The use of a car is necessary and it is recommended to explore the picturesque areas around Pollensa.
