Truly outstanding

Everything. The Villa is beautiful and ideal for all families. Location is more inland but 5 mins to Pollensa and 10 mins to Port de Pollensa. Ideal for cyclists also near the famous mountain rides. The Swimming pool is lovely and the whole setup is fantastic Nothing

Fantastic finca

The finca rfelects the pictures 100%. Wonderful, clean, modern and bright interiors. Fantastic outside terrace and luxury pool. We spent 2 weeks in the finca and we felt so well. The kids loved it as well. Perfect, very quiet location, 10 min by car from both, alcudia and pollenca. We recommend the finca and we would for sure return!

Lovely villa very remote location bee issues

The villa was lovely . Very clean , however very remote location - no where within walking distance , taxis very hard to get to villa , always delays and pre booking not allowed. Taxis to nearest town, pollensa varied between 10-15 euro each way. Car definitely needed . We travelled to a few other local resorts which were all lovely and within 15 mins but again taxi issues in each area.Major Bee issues around the pool area , jacuzzi area could not be used for our entire stay and the number of wasps left using tbe pool very uncomfortable for tbe 6 of us as they were constantly there from early morning to late evening. The fact that there was a heatwave during our stay did not help as we needed to travel to local beaches to swim .Seemingly this is not unusual in country areas according to the agents and owners. Bee traps were provided but were not successful and sprays were not suitable for the numbers . A couple of nests were sprayed by the owner and an expert to no avail. This was such a pity and we were offered a refund for some remaining nights but we would have had to find alternative accomodation at short notice, arrange transfers etc and move. It was easier to stay and not use pool No way of disposing of rubbish locally and no locations provided in the villa guidebook. Roads must be too narrow for bin trucks.? Large bins should be provided onsite especially for people who intend to cook etc. The pillows are also so hard and batbroom door on main bathroom very sticky resulting in two incidents where someone got locked in . No english channels on tv for anybody interested . Bbq needed a deep clean and we did not use. Pool beds very hard need mattresses

Eine sehr schöne moderne Finca

Die FINCA MIR liegt in der Nähe von Pollença, ruhig und mit einem schönen Ausblick auf die Berge in der Ferne. Der Pool sowie der Aussenbereich ist sehr großzügig und ansprechend. Die Innenausstattung ist ebenfalls sehr gut Bäder, Küche, Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich sind moderner als in vielen anderen Unterkünften, die wir bisher gemietet hatten. Für eine Familie mit Kindern ist diese Finca sehr praktisch, vor allem der Aussenbereich bietet eine ideale Spielfläche. Wenn man die Finca für zwei Wochen mietet, wäre eine Reinigung durch eine Reinigungskraft sicherlich sinnvoll. Auch wäre eine Aufstockung der vorhandenen Sonnenschirme im Aussenbereich auf mindestens 2 Schirme sinnvoll. Ebenfalls würden wir eine kurze Anweisung bzw. Beschreibung zur Mülltrennung und Müllentsorgung empfehlen.

Schön und ruhig gelegen

Sehr sauberes Haus Küche gut eingerichtet in der Küche gibt es keine Klima aber dafür einen Deckenventilator. Anwesen sehr ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht weit entfernt. 2 Sonnenschirme für 6 Personen sind zu wenig.

Tolle Unterkunft mit schöner Lage. Ausreichend Platz im Haus und im Garten. War alles sauber. Etwas mehr Schattenplätze im Garten, da mittags die Sonne sehr zentral auf den Garten scheint. Die Gartenmöbel, besonders das große Sofa in der Mitte sind nicht mehr die neusten und teilweise kaputt.

Wunderschöne Villa Mir

Die Villa Mir ist eine moderne, luxuriöse und sehr gut eingerichtete Finca. Die helle und geräumige Küche, das gemütliche Wohnzimmer, die großen mit viel Stauraum versehenen Schlafräume und die luxuriösen Badezimmer ließen keine Wünsche offen. Auf der überdachten Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge haben wir jede Mahlzeit genossen. Der sehr moderne Pool war für unsere Kinder das Highlight. Die Villa Mir befindet sich auf einem etwa 14.000 Quadratmeter großen Grundstück mit altem Baumbestand, wie Oliven-, Zitronen-, Orangen-, Feigen- und Johnannisbrotbäumen. Durch die ruhige Lage der Villa Mir und die tolle Aussicht auf die Berge ist eine absolute Entspannung garantiert. Jedoch ist man in wenigen Autominuten in den Städten Pollença und Alcudia sowie an verschiedenen Stränden (Cala San Vincente, Platja de Muro und Platja de Port d’Alcudia). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen wundervollen Urlaub in der Villa Mir verbracht. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Familie Mir (Eigentümer) für die herzliche Betreuung und die schmackhafte Coca de Trampó. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Left with some wonderful memories of idyllic days by the garden and nice BBQ during the day. Nice welcome pack and Owl Booking most helpful, during the stay. Ah real bliss ! Nothing
