Villa Santuiri is a charming villa that offers privacy and top comforts so that your only mission is to lie in the sun, share a barbecue with family or friends, or enjoy the excellent Mallorcan weather by the pool. With beautiful mountain views, a stone façade, and a style that blends rustic and modern, Villa Santuiri is the ideal place to spend a few relaxing days.
The entrance to the house is a long hallway. To the right, there is a large living room with a long dining table. Enjoy time with family and friends and choose whether you prefer to eat indoors or outdoors. In the same living room, there are comfortable sofas where you can read a good book, watch a TV show, or play a board game. A large window and sliding glass doors bring plenty of natural light into the space. From the living room, there is also direct access to the terrace and pool area.
On the other side of the hallway, there is a door leading to a modern, fully equipped kitchen. There is also a table with chairs and a door that gives access to the laundry room.
To the left of the entrance, a long hallway leads to four bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor, you will find three bedrooms, each with two single beds. All rooms are spacious, with white walls, built-in wardrobes, wooden beam ceilings, and plenty of natural light. On this same ground floor, there are two full bathrooms, both equipped with a shower.
The stairs lead to the first floor, where there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom also has a large balcony.
All bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning. In line with local energy-saving initiatives, the air conditioning units are programmed to operate from 21:00 to 08:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00. WiFi is included.
One of the highlights of Villa Santuiri is its outdoor space. Here you’ll find a private pool with sun loungers, a beautiful terrace with a large table and outdoor sofas for enjoying summer evenings, a pool table, and a ping pong table for fun and entertainment. There is also a covered barbecue area with all the amenities needed to bring your best recipes to life.
If 9 guests are staying, an extra bed (folding bed) will be provided. It can be placed either in one of the ground-floor bedrooms or in the common areas (such as the living room), depending on guest preference.
Villa Santuiri is located less than 2 kilometers from the historic center of Pollensa and just a 10-minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Puerto Pollensa.
In Pollensa, you’ll find shops, a cultural center, the Pollensa market, restaurants, cafés, and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also part of this historic town. Enjoy the local atmosphere at night and take part in the various activities. On Sundays, a local farmers' market takes place in the main square, full of fresh vegetables, fruits, and local spices.
Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing, or for more active guests, it offers water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, or jet skiing.
In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply "Cala," as locals call it), there is a mini-market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences, and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenç offers stunning views and crystal-clear waters.
Cleaning service, pool towels, and a welcome basket are provided free of charge with every booking. The tourist tax is included in the online price.
