This beautiful rustic Mallorcan house is located in a rural area very close to the pretty town of Pollensa, and just under ten minutes by car from the beaches of Port de Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. Surrounded by mountains and beautiful views.
This villa offers us peace and tranquility in an area that has charm and character. The villa has two floors, the main entrance, located under a large covered terrace, gives us access to the living room with a flat TV and two sofas, from here there is access to a fairly large kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher, hob and electric oven, a large dining table etc, from the kitchen there is also direct access to the covered terrace. On this floor we also find a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.On the upper floor are the rest of the bedrooms, one double with an en-suite bathroom and another double with an en-suite bathroom and a dressing room.
The interior is spacious and bright. Traditionally decorated but with some modern touches, the covered terrace is fully furnished and is an ideal area to relax.
The pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden with grass and other Mediterranean plants. There is also a barbecue ideal for lovers of outdoor cooking. It should be noted that the split air conditioning in the living room is only a heat pump for the low season months.
