Great House with great outdoorspace

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It had great outdoors and with three bathrooms and theee bedrooms plus all space outdoors we had a great time. Generally there was so many mosquitoes it would be great to have mosquitoes nets in front of windows as air conditioning was turned off we slept with windows open, but so many mosquitoes were in rooms which made good quality hard.

Just OK

This is a small, attractive property very close to the charming town of Pollensa. The house has character and beautiful landscaping. There is a small pool (6 freestyle strokes from end to end). The living room is very comfortable with windows on 3 sides out to the beautiful lawn, The TV does not have streaming capabilities. There is a grocery store 5 minutes away. This was a godsend because the house is very poorly stocked. There were empty boxes of tissues in each bath, no paper towels, one laundry detergent pod, and enough toilet paper for a few days. You should be prepared to bring or buy all supplies you need. The kitchen is depressing - small, dark, hot (there is no air conditioning that reaches this room). The view out the window is to the neighborhood trash cans. Appliances are old and kitchen supplies were rudimentary. We spent as little time in the room as we could. The two downstairs bedrooms are fine. The 1 1/2 downstairs baths are old and dark but adequate. The main bedroom and bath are up a steep, narrow set of stairs. There is a comfortable king-size bed. Despite warning signs, you will hit your head multiple times on the pitched room over half the bedroom. Air conditioning did not cool the upstairs rooms. The management company checked and said it appeared fine. It was not fine. There is a mini-sized clothes washer but no dryer. Neighbors are close on two sides. You will hear conversations, music, kids playing, etc.

Die Villa war sehr schön. Da es bei uns im März noch recht kalt war, waren wir viel drinnen. Der Außenbereich ist das Highlight des Hauses. Drinnen ist es sauber und schön, aber etwas dunkel. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war hervorragend.

Die Finca von Pep hat uns richtig gut gefallen. Liebevoll aber nicht überladen eingerichtet und dem mediterranen Flair angepasst. Und vor allem in ruhiger Lage. Zwar muss man mobil sein, um zu Restaurants etc. zu kommen, aber wir haben die Fahrten durch die Felder genossen. Auch die Kommunikation mit Pep hat super geklappt. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Unsere Familie hat sich hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus passte super zu uns, wir hatten viel Platz. Besonders der Garten und der Pool, beides abends beleuchtet, hat uns beeindruckt. Dank des tollen Wetters konnten wir auch Ende Oktober noch oft draußen essen. Vielen Dank und gern wieder mal!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Die Villa war sauber und alles wie beschrieben vorhanden. Die Küche war auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Man sollte allerdings Mückenschutzspray haben, da draußen nach dem Sonnenuntergang die Mücken einen überfallen.
