Lovely home, the pool is lovely and the surrounding towns make for a great holiday. As long as you have your mosquito spray you’ll have a fantastic time!

Wonderful stay in this villa!

Highly recommended. We stayed here with 6 people (group of friends). The villa and the outside areas were very spacious. Furniture inside is a bit outdated, but full of character. We spent most of our time outside and loved the garden and pool. The villa is remotely located and therefore very quiet at night. Approximately 10min by car to nearby town/supermarket. A rental car is necessary!

Lovely Villa

Outside area excellent. Bedrooms excellent and air conditioning great. Bathrooms excellent. Unfortunately lots of ants in the kitchen which made it unenjoyable to use but this may have been due to the exceptional weather conditions prior to our arrival with high rainfall and high temperatures leading to a greater number of bugs, mosquitos and ants. Not sure, given the rural location, what can be done to improve this issue?

Beautiful Finca in Secluded Location

Absolutely wonderful house in a rural setting. Interior is very much in the the traditional Mallorquine farmhouse style in keeping with the building, but the all the modern necessities for a very comfortable stay. The owners were very friendly and outstanding in dealing with one or two unexpected hiccoughs very quickly, (with in the hour.) We were adopted by the very friendly farm cat during our stay, who was no trouble at all. Very highly recommended, we were sad to leave and would return without hesitation. A small guide to working the facilities of the villa would be very helpful. Explaining the way air conditioning systems work, that if a window isn’t properly shut that the air con won’t work. Or that the exterior lights work on a timer. Are just couple of things that cased some head scratching while we worked out how things worked.

Die Lage der Finca ist einmalig

Die Lage der Finca ist einmalig. Schöner Blick, absolute Ruhe.Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, alles gut erhalten und gepflegt, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet.Schwierig war die Kommunikation, da es eine Verwaltung (Sealand Villas) und einen Manager gibt. Und auch über AirBnb war es möglich. So war nicht immer klar, wer für was zuständig war bzw. wusste nicht voneinander.Ein bisschen ungünstig ist, dass der Check-in um 17 Uhr ist und genau ab 17 Uhr Sa bis Montag morgen niemand (außer für Notfälle) zu erreichen ist. So fehlten uns z.B. Geschirrhandtücher und dickere Decken. Es gab nur Bettücher zum Zudecken, was Anfang Oktober auch mal zu kühl sein kann. Die Decken haben dann erst nach 3 Nächten bekommen.Wir waren zwei Wochen dort und die Zwischenreinigung hat erst im zweiten Anlauf geklappt. Beim ersten Mal wurden nur Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt.

Die Unterkuft war Klasse und der Ausblick von der Terrasse ein wahrer Traum. Der Pool ist riesig, ~10 Meter lang und ~5 Meter breit wodurch man auch ein wenig schwimmen kann wenn man denn möchte oder so wie wir genung Platz hat um im Wasser Ball zu spielen. Im Haus selbst gibt es eine Galerie wodurch man sich doch schon recht Herrschaftlich gefühlt hat, wennn man diese entlang und dann die Treppe herrab geschritten ist. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geräumig und bleibt auch an Heißen Tagen angenehm kühl wenn man denn die Fenster zu lässt. Die Villa selbst ist über eine Nebenstraße zu erreichen wodurch es schön ruhig ist, abgesehen von den gelegentlichen Glocken der Schafe des Nachbarn oder dem Hahnengeschrei zum Sonnenaufgang. Wärend den Abendstunden sollte man unbedingt einen Mückenschutz nutzen, da diese, sobald die Sonne weg ist in Scharen über einen herfallen. Und was uns nicht gefallen hat ist, dass jemand im Haus die Handtücher gewechselt hat als wir nicht da waren, ohne Ankündigung.

We had a fabulous stay at Can Toni

We had a fabulous stay at Can Toni. What a gorgeous villa and so spacious! It’s also in a great location, within easy distance of Pollença and there are several good sized supermarkets within 10 mins drive. The outside area was a real highlight for us with lots of different seating areas and of course the pool. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Can Toni as a brilliant place to stay on Mallorca!

Lovely villa is a beautiful setting. Matchedexceeded descriptions on the website. The house is big and airy . Air con works well in the bedrooms. External areas well maintained . Good pool and barbecue . Handy for Pollenca and Alcúdia but not walkable as the road is busy and narrow .

We had a lovely time at Villa Can Toni, albeit with a few hiccups

We had a lovely time at Villa Can Toni, albeit with a few hiccups. Unfortunately, the front gate wouldn’t open when returning home our first night. Even thought it was late at night, the emergency number was very responsive and assisted immediately. The house is exactly as described in the listing and the backyard is a perfect place to relax and escape the tourists. Would highly recommend booking for your next trip!Just be aware that in the hot weather, there are quite a few bees in the garden and all over the pool.

The villa is bigger and more beautiful than the photos, surrounded by private gardens and lovely landscapes and is traditional inside. It felt secluded and private and the villa company were always on the phoneemail for any queries we had. The pool was cleaned regularly. The bbq grill was missing when we arrived and the owner kindly came and lent us his own. We would stay again, highly recommended.
