Great appartment in an excellent location

Location is great and appartment as well. Airco is certainly too weak to make entire apartment chill. If hot outsde all bedrooms needs to be open at night. Its a pity that every room does not have an airco. I would also change the sofa. Its peeling off already, which makes bad impression, while entire apparment is very good.
