「The room we were given was in poor quality. There were no slippers, shower gel and shampoo not refilled, no mini bar refrigerator and the shower room door was broken. The management response was also slow. We just cannot imagine this is the service standard and facility standard of Radisson Blu.」

「Lovely host, who greeted us at the door, showed us where to park the car, and then showed us around the house. As we stayed here between high and low season, we even got to choose between rooms 1 and 4. The host showed us the pool (which we did not use due to stormy and chilly weather), and took our orders for breakfast, which was super tasty and wealthy (freshly prepared omelets, self-baked granola on yoghurt, cut fresh fruits and toast with butter and jam…fantastic!). 「We booked this hotel in very short order and were not disappointed. Once inside the gate it is an oasis of greenery and calm. It's quite a transition from wide open non-descript street to find yourself parking by huge rubber plants and beautiful established gardens. The house is incredible and super comfortable - our room was perfect and very big! From the host through to the staff we met this is a friendly, professional and kind establishment.. we loved it and would have no issue whatsoever in...
