“It was terrible. The rooms had a huge stench of mold and mildew. The showers did not work. The air conditioning did not work. No blankets were provided for the beds. I complained and wanted a refund and they refused.”

“We like the property but the way they handle the bookings were poor. We didn't get the rooms that we paid for instead negotiated with us to give us other rooms and just provided extra bedding. We booked 7 Family villas but we only got 3. Some guests were also complaining about it when we were checking in. The complimentary kits were not completed and we need to ask for it. The front porch were not cleaned properly and had a couple of trash. At least, the buffet staffs were nice and friendly. ”
