We had a wonderful stay at Ikos Olivia. The property is beautifully maintained, and the staff are highly professional and attentive. The food quality and variety were excellent, with five à la carte restaurants offering great options. The two large pools are perfect for relaxing, and the beach is easily accessible. However, housekeeping did not meet expectations: the floors were often dirty, there were daily oversights such as missing towels, shower gel, toilet paper and toiletries, etc. Which is not acceptable for a 5 stars hotel.

Great place for kids and parents alike. Lots of entertainment and activities for the kids, e.g. kids pool, modern playground, trampoline, soccer field, bycicle rent, boat rent, mini disco, etc. High quality food and dishes in 6 different restaurants (5 á la carte) incl. comprehensive wine menue. Attentive service personnel, kids are truly welcome and all inclusive really means all inclusive.

Ikos hotels are the best hotels in Greece! I would compare them to an all inclusive Ritz Carlton. I don’t think there is no other all inclusive in the world they offers you bottles of champagne and high quality wines in the price you pay! Bravo ikos! Well done!

If you’re looking for a resort that genuinely delivers on every promise of luxury, service and experience, Ikos Olivia is about as close to perfect as it gets.
From the moment you arrive, everything feels effortless and beautifully considered. The setting is stunning, with immaculately kept gardens leading down to a pristine private beach. It strikes a rare balance between feeling spacious and peaceful, while still offering everything you could possibly want within easy reach.
The accommodation is elegant and comfortable, with a calm, understated design that immediately helps you switch off. Rooms are spotless, well laid out, and many offer lovely sea views or private outdoor space that make it easy to relax and unwind.
What really elevates the experience, though, is the service. It’s consistently exceptional. The team are attentive without ever being intrusive, and there’s a genuine warmth that makes the whole stay feel personal rather than transactional. Nothing feels like too much trouble, and everything just works.
The food is another standout. This is not typical all-inclusive dining. Across multiple restaurants, the quality is consistently high, with a wide variety of cuisines and beautifully presented dishes. Every meal feels like a proper dining experience rather than a compromise.

We had a wonderful stay. The facilities and food we're asking, and the staff were absolutely exceptional. Everyone made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. It was perfect for young kids. We will definitely be back!

We choose Ikos Olivia because we had seen the resort was in an amazing place with wonderful views. However, our expectations were more than fulfilled. Nothing compared with the reality. Gorgeous setting, stunning accommodations, nice restaurants…everything was perfect
We are regular customer of this kind of hotels & resorts, and I could say firmly that this is one of the best we have crossed over. You feel luxurious in all its aspects
We have carried with us still days after our stay in ikos olivia is the warmth and the genuine kindness of everyone (I mean everyone) working there
Guest relations staff is so friendly and very helpful. Nothing is a problem for them. I would like to highlight particularly María, with a special shout-out to her. She is a superb professional that perfectly knows to make you feel truly at home in each moment. She made our stay very enjoyable and assisted us permanently on everything we need
On the other hand, Katerina was thoughtful and gave us lovely support and help when it was necessary

Fantastic Resort!
We had a fantastic one week stay at the Ikos Olivia. All was beyond our expectations, wonderful food, great accommodations, incredible staff, and utmost attention to all aspects of hygiene. The only faults were table service a little slow on a few occasions and difficulty receiving fresh-squeezed orange juice at breakfast. Otherwise, top vacation!

Ikos Olivia is a hotel by the beach
Ideal for families
Actually it was full of families
It’s all inclusive but the food is amazing
You cannot eat somewhere else better I believe
Service also excellent
