「Very good location. Easy to walk to the good restaurants. 」

「Hilton Ponce continues to be a great location to relax and enjoy your day with family. The place is currently doing some renovations in the breakfast area of ‘La Terraza ‘ and in the west side thus the unexpected drilling noise early in the morning and through the day can be a bit annoying. Nevertheless their friendly staff do their best to assist you so you can enjoy your stay.」

「We experienced the following issues with the room: 1. There was no hot water. 2. The television was not working. 3. The air conditioner would stop cooling and made unusual noises.」

「We had a lovely stay here! The communication was super quick and helpful from the start. The place had everything we needed and was very comfortable and cozy. We especially loved the sweet little seaside courtyard—such a sympa spot to relax! Highly recommended.」

「The shower curtain had mold, should be changed.」

「We had a few inconvenience issues and pointed them out to the administration. They apologized but did not offer a courtesy credit or reward. 」

「Overall, the experience was good. Upon arrival, our studio was not ready, although the cleaning staff resolved the issue quickly. We included photos as evidence. 4. The...

「The location and balcony are excellent, but I would suggest that the bathroom needs to be renovated.」

「TV was taking local only one Chanel working bad internet」

「It needs an update and a better mattress.」

「Solo el parking es muy difícil conseguir」
