「The primary issues fell into host experience, and additional concerns related to privacy and compliance. I consider that Mr. Ramos and his wife created a very stressful environment through excessive surveillance and unreasonable restrictions. The list did not reveal surveillance cameras, with no published signals, violating privacy expectations. Hosts monitor activities 24 hours a day, every day of the stay, through cameras, listening to conversations and sending text messages frequent calls...
