This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome. Conveniently located between Hammond and Ponchatoula just off I- 12. The Chappapeela Sports Park is just a mile down the road and the Ponchatoula Rec Park is within walking distance. The Hammond Mall is minutes away with plenty of shopping, restaurants and activities. There are antique shops a few minutes away in downtown Ponchatoula.
New Orleans and Baton Rouge are both just 45 minutes away and Covington/Mandeville is just 20 minutes.
The space
This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse with a fully equipped kitchen, living room and 4 seat dining table. The master bedroom has a king bed with an en suite full bathroom. The guest bedroom is equipped with full size bed and another full bathroom just a few steps down the hall. The space is approximately 1200 sq feet. There are tv’s in the living room and each bedroom equipped with Roku streaming devices. The kitchen has a nice size pantry, dishwasher and plenty of cabinet space. The place also has a washer and dryer and free WiFi. There is a patio located out the back door by the kitchen.

Guest will have access to this entire 1200 square foot unit.
Other things to note
We included a picture of our Rainbow Vacuum cleaner with Fresh Air running through it before each guest arrive. Fresh Air is used in hospitals to fight against Covid, viruses, staph infection, etc. We also use Lysol products to clean. Just a peace of mind for all of our guest!
