If you want a new, modern/rustic oasis filled with windows and light, away from the crowds, you've found it!! With 5 acres of secluded property and private mountainside views with access to the Delaware River, You've arrived!!!

Combining stone, wood, metal and glass this 3 bedroom plus sleeping loft, 2 bath modern/rustic home can sleep up to 8. It comes with a brand new fully equipped high end kitchen, all linens, washer/dryer, fireplace, Weber gas grill, over-sized deck, sun room, Sonos wireless sound system and 60 and 50 inch HDTV with Roku-3 (Internet- delivered) TV! Located on a remote mountainside with mountain ridge views and loads of privacy, this Barryville, NY home also offers ziplining, skiing, rafting, musical concerts, antiquing, great dining, hiking, golfing, horseback riding, and swimming!!

Great for families and friends for a true "retreat"!

3 bedrooms and sleeping loft with 2 full baths, rooftop deck and extra large deck with delux Weber gas grill and fire pit. Sonos sound system indoor and out. Roku HD 60 and 50 inch HDTV. Brand new home with high end appliances and full kitchen. Beautiful original artwork and loads of privacy on this mountainside oasis.

Pleasant getaway
We had a wonderful time here over the weekend. It's quiet, secluded and the hosts are amazing. We had everything that we needed for the peaceful weekend. The house is big and has enough space for 6-8 people. The property is well maintained, clean and a fire pit outside that will keep your group entertained. We will definitely visit again.

Quiet and lovely spot in Barryville.
This was a perfect family getaway for a short stay near the Delaware river. Keyless check in was easy and communication with our host, Emily was prompt and helpful. The house is roomy and and well appointed, with comfortable beds and plenty of linens and towels. We appreciated the option of bringing our dog with us and the convenience of having some firewood and spices and cooking oil already there.

Nice house
The host was proactive in communicating with us. When we had questions, the were answered quickly. The house was clean and modern. Some severe thunderstorms knocked out the local utility power for a time, but we were not affected thanks to the whole house generator. The house is located about 1/4 mile up a steep rocky road. We had 4 adults and 2 children in our group. Overall, we had a nice stay.
