Sie liegt auf dem Jakobsweg. In der Unterkunft war alles gut für eine Nacht. Allerdings habe ich keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gefunden. Das hat die Unterkunft nicht verursacht.

Habitación muy pequeña ,camas muy pequeñas e incómodas . La ventana daba a un hueco y no habia ninguna vista . Esta bien como hotel de paso pero no para estar muchos días. Las instalaciones comunes modernas ,limpias y cuidadas y el personal muy amable eso si .

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr sauberes uns schönes Zimmer und Bad. Wirklich sehr freundliche Dame beim Check-in. Negativ war nur, dass auf Mails absolut gar nicht reagiert wurde.

Hotel muy completo!

Un hotelito muy coqueto y muy bien atendido: todo limpio, ordenado… una ducha en condiciones, sin la modernez de las duchas que mojan todo el baño, muy importante, con bidé… La habitación pequeña, pero muy completita para dos personas, bien calefactada y un baño amplio… En pleno centro del casco antiguo de Ponferrada. Excelente relación calidad-precio…

El alojamiento está en el centro, al ser peatonal hay que dejar el coche aparcado a unos 5 minutos, el personal del hotel fue muy amable y nos indico dos zonas de aparcamiento gratuitas muy cerca del hotel.

Dado el precio de la habitación, correcto sin más.

El hotel esta ubicado en pleno centro histórico de la ciudad inmejorable, aunque se debiera avisar de que se encuentra en zona peatonalizada con limitación de acceso a vehículos, la atención del personal en recepción correcta pero muy limitada en el tiempo, y dado que solo pernoctábamos y no utilizamos ningún otro servicio del hotel, habitación correcta y pequeña.

Alojamiento sencillo con buena relacion calidad-precio. Muy bien situado en la zona vieja de Ponferrada, al lado del Castillo, con buenos servicios de restauración alrededor. Hay aparcamiento público a 300 m dónde es sencillo encontrar plaza para el coche. Con limpieza diaria y opción de desayuno en la cafetería. Cómo negativo, la habitación que teníamos era pequeña y el desayuno comenzabaun poco tarde (9-11)

Ubicación perfecta para quien realice el Camino de Santiago, esta situado al lado de la torre Templaria y a continuación el principio del recorrido diario del Camino. Instalaciones nuevas y correctísimas.
