The honeymoon suite with private plunge pool was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a large bathroom and shower area. The room was beach front with a small shaded terrace. The food was mixed. Sometimes good and other no so good. Unfortunately we got food poisoning whilst there which ruined the last couple of days stay there.

Fabulous high end hotel, modern feel, immaculate throughout with exceptional customer service. Great food and drinks (all inclusive), beautifully designed spacious rooms, lovely pool and bar on the beach. A perfect place to relax after a week's safari, would highly recommend it.

Absolutely loved our stay at Toa Hotel and Spa! The service was exceptional, with staff who truly go above and beyond. I wish I can give it a 10 star for their service! The rooms are stunning, with private pools and direct beach access. We enjoyed the delicious food made with love, and the beach dinners were unforgettable, complete with an amazing show under the stars. The pools are beautiful, and the whole property feels peaceful and luxurious. If you’re coming to Zanzibar, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended!

We booked an amazing room with a big balcony/patio and a jacuzzi. The welcoming of the staff was amazing, Ester in particular. The all inclusive is great. Many choices, super fresh food and you can even choose a la carte and sparkling wines. The views are amazing. The pool perfect. The only problem this hotel currently have is that there is a construction site right next door. Ask for a room as far from that as possible It's still worth visiting this hotel! We would happily return.

We enjoyed our stay here. This place is very clean, cool atmosphere and greta staff. My only con was that the food was just okay and there is no food, snacks or any other options available easily outside of the set times for meals. No amenities nearby but a great place to get away and relax by the pool and private beach.

TOA hotel was much better than we were expecting, we stayed for 4 nights for our honeymoon. Loads of great things about the hotel are : really modern, clean, great breeze (minimal mosquitos), right by the beach, private beach with lots of sun beds and umbrellas. They had entertainment on a Saturday and the food was really good each night. It’s about 1hr drive from stone town so that’s the only con if you want to be in that area but it seemed really busy in stone town when we were there so I preferred the east side with beaches.

Everything great, as mirrored in my 5 star assessment. Only thing to improve on is the sound/noice level of day and evening entertainment, it is simply too loud. Had to leave the resort some evenings and stay at other places, when I was not in the mood for loud drumming or dancing entertainment. Not even in my room it was bearable to be. Simply half the volume of all these things please.

Toa was the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed at. Truly 5 stars. From the amazing rooms, to the food options. I had dinner on the beach twice during my stay and it was soo romantic and ethereal definitely something I will always remember. Got an amazing massage as well during my stay, I highly recommend using their spa facilities. The staff was the most amazing part, so genuine and each and everyone went above and beyond they anticipated anything I needed and was there before I could ask. As a person who works in the service industry here in New York I can honestly say that their service is the best. I can’t wait to come back with friends and family

Meme si Expedia s’est montré en dessous de tout concernant l’accompagnement lors de la perte de bagages et de la gestion des vols, cela n’enlève en rien a ce lieu magnifique, managé de main de maître par un directeur accessible, prévenant, présent et toujours disponible pour ses hôtes. Le sejour a été des plus plaisants, notamment de par la qualité des infrastructures et des prestations sur place. Bilan : n’hésitez pas à vous ressourcer dans ce lieu de rêve mais évitez de passer par Expedia, dont nous partagerons incompétence notoire sur les réseaux sociaux prochainement
