“Struttura bella situata in una spiaggia meravigliosa, personale gentile e disponibile. Ho trovato difetti in comunicazione, in quanto si parla esclusivamente inglese. Qualità del cibo nella media con buona varietà di scelta. le pulizie della camera spesso effettuate in notevole ritardo, due volte mi hanno costretto a rinunciarci in quanto avendo una bambina piccola spesso tornavamo dopo pranzo per riposarci e non trovavo la stanza rifatta. ho avuto un problema con funzionamento aria……

“Séjour incroyable dans cet hôtel ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible pour aider. La nourriture était délicieuse, variée et de très grande qualité. Les chambres ainsi que les espaces communs étaient impeccables, avec une propreté irréprochable. On se sent vraiment bien dans cet hôtel, l’ambiance est agréable et tout est pensé pour que les clients passent un séjour parfait. Je recommande cet hôtel à 100 %……

“The property itself is very nice and well kept. The staff were also great! The pool is nice but a little deep at 1.4m but I’m just short. They do need to do a better job of food safety and covering food from flies. If I didn’t make it right at buffet opening, everything was covered in bugs! Also it wasn’t clear enough that this was a no alcohol resort when booking (I don’t drink that much anyways) and I understand it’s Ramadan but other resorts still had activities and entertainment, this one……

“The housekeeping was exceptional. The staff were kind. Views were phenomenal. However we did not have a shower head that worked properly. After three attempts in reporting it and nothing done, on our last day the house keeping staff finally took initiative to get it replaced. ”
