Communication was prompt—the hotel reached out right after I made my reservation to confirm my ETA and ask if I needed to book a shuttle. Shout-out to the front desk team, especially Vincente and João, for their excellent recommendations on places to eat and visit, and for making accommodations to store my luggage and insulin. A special thank you as well to Màrcia and the restaurant staff for their warm interactions and great service! I will definitely be staying here again!
