Com piscina para pequenas famílias, Casa da Vargem I

The city is boring! The quiet country life has things that are hard to find! The days seem to slow down and the experiences are lived more intensely. Here you will find all this and much more.

Casa da Vargem I, is set in a plot of two properties, located in the warm and sunny municipality of Ponta do Sol, in a privileged area of excellent sun exposure and sea view. The property has large green areas surrounding the properties, as well as a beautiful organic garden cared by Mrs. Fatima, which treats the wide variety of herbs available.

To complete the good outdoor spaces, the property has a wonderful shared swimming pool with an infinity sea view and a hot tub where you can take your stress-free bath in comfort.

Inside, the decor blends with the modern architectural features that stand out through simplicity and good taste. The house has two bedrooms with double bed; bathroom; and a fully equipped kitchen. Maximum capacity is 4 people.

The house has free parking.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
The house is located in the southwest of the island, in the municipality of Ponta do Sol. Nearby is a small grocery store where you can do some shopping. The house is 6 minutes from Ponta do Sol village centre. Here you will find several restaurants, a café, and some shops. In Ribeira Brava, which is a 10-minute drive from the property, there are supermarkets and some local shops.

The airport is 40 minutes by car and the city of Funchal is 25 minutes.

GETTING AROUND
We recommend the private transfer service as the best option to get to the house. Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners. It is cheaper than taking a taxi by your own in the airport!

Guests have access to all areas of the flat.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We are always at your disposal to help or to answer your questions. You can contact us via our mobile numbers or by email. We will do our best to meet your requests.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS

● According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card).

● Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.

● All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties.

● Cleaning services during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables, are carried out on a weekly basis. If you wish extra cleaning service this can be arranged at an extra, affordable charge. The weekly cleaning and the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables will not be carried out for stays of less than seven nights.

Gorgeous spot

Beautiful house. Incredible spot to watch the sunset from the upstairs terrace. Even in early November weather was nice enough to enjoy a dip in the pool. Did not see/interact with guests in other unit on property. Ponta do Sol is a charming town with restaurants, cafes, a market to buy groceries and a rocky beach worth visiting. Host was communicative. Would definitely go back.
