Friendly staff, a nice room but a little bit too hot and a bit noisy. A nice hotel, very well situated.

Solid, clean and safe

Solid but boring bed-for-a-night-while-travelling option. Highlights include being clean, safe, having electric charging easily available on-site and having several eating options available within walking distance. Breakfast wasn't very good and it's relatively expensive - possibly due to being in an expensive region of France. Would stay again if I had to stop somewhere in the area.

No 24 hours desk. I obtained the instructions for self check in but they locked the door to access the pad to enter the pin. We almost had to sleep in the car.

TrÚs déçu cette fois, je suis venu plusieurs fois mais premiÚre chambre 2 ampoules défectueuses dans la salle de bain, la réceptionniste m'attribue une chambre a cÎté n'ayant personnes pour changer les LEDs Dans la deuxiÚme chambre ( belle et spacieuse le cauchemar en me couchant : matelas plus que usé mou et surtout les ressorts en sont meme visiblent....plus tard j'ai du me lever et retourner les matelas ( les chambres a un grand lit ( plus chers ) n'étant que 2 lits 1 place cÎté a cote ...) Dommage que ce bel hÎtel décline a ce point

Ma halte habituelle lorsque ma tournĂ©e commerciale m’amĂšne Ă  Pontarlier. HĂŽtel situĂ© dans une zone commerciale et prĂšs d’une route
 ça ne fait pas rĂȘver
 MAIS hĂŽtel calme, agrĂ©able (dĂ©co et agencement moderne) , accueillant, propre, avec parking, une pizzeria et un restau de chaĂźne juste a cotĂ©. Il vous faudra marcher un peu ou prendre la voiture si vous voulez rejoindre le centre. De beaux couchers de soleil si vous avez une chambre cotĂ© route.

Bien dans l’ensemble mais


Établissement classe, je mets en avant la rĂ©ceptionniste jeune avec les cheveux colorĂ©s. TrĂšs compĂ©tente et gentille et qui a su remonter la note. Parce que oui, c’était moyen. DĂ©s notre arrivĂ©e, nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueilli par le room service qui ne voulait de base pas faire le mĂ©nage dans notre chambre durant le sĂ©jour. D’ailleurs ce fut mal fait, salle de bain sale. ClĂ© en main, on monte, chambre pas prĂȘte du tout et sale. Changement de chambre
 ProblĂšme d’évacuation d’eau dans la douche ce qui fut fort dĂ©sagrĂ©able. C’est dommage, l’hĂŽtel est bien en gĂ©nĂ©ral.

J’ai l’habitude de frĂ©quenter cet hĂŽtel que je trouve habituellement parfait. Mais lors de ce sĂ©jour, chambre 110, 1er Ă©tage, j’ai Ă©tĂ© rĂ©veillĂ©e Ă  1h40 par des bruits de meubles que l’on bouge, de pas, etc
 À 2h00 j’ai appelĂ© la rĂ©ception
 je pensais alors que les bruits venaient de l’étage supĂ©rieur
 mais je pense en fait que les bruits venaient du hall d’accueil/salon situĂ© juste en dessous de ma chambre; couche-tard ou personnel faisant du mĂ©nage, je ne sais pas
 je sais juste que j’ai Ă©tĂ© rĂ©veillĂ©e et que j’ai eu beaucoup de mal Ă  me rendormir!
