「Beautiful small hotel. We received a nice upgrade without asking for it. The apartments are very comfortable and has complete kitchens. They received us with a bottle of wine and some groceries. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but there are some options nearby. I would only recommend staying here if you have a car. Good option to stay here and make day trips to different Tuscan towns.」

「The best thing is the location, and the accommodations were good. Having read the reviews we knew what to expect and were not surprised. The downsides were mainly the six flights of stairs and the fact that the bathroom is shared. Antonio was accommodating and offered good advice about what to see and where to eat. The apartment was immaculate, communication with Vivian was great..she always responded very quickly... only a couple of issues: for a 2 bath apartment only one 1/4 filled hand soap so we purchased another..in one bath maybe only 1/2 container of bath gel, the other bathroom had a very small container of shampoo I used as bath gel...we stayed 7 days so...
