Chambre propre et bien entretenue. Très petite par contre. Le personnel est très gentil. Très bien situé ce qui fait que le prix demandé est ok. Petit hôtel avec services limités. La piscine est parfaite, mais fermé à 20h!

The staff at Torel Palace Were absolutely amazing. Everyone from Ricardo to Antonio to everyone at the concierge, front, and the restaurant went above snd beyond. The room was Well-appointed and comfortable. It was Spacious and had all of the needed amenities. The Blind restaurant had a wonderful breakfast and very interesting dinner experience. We will come back! Five stars!

Great small boutique hotel with plenty of friendly staff. The room was gorgeous and huge with a bathtub view on the Douro. A little bit of road noise but nothing earplugs don’t fix. The bed was massive and very comfortable. Adding a full size mirror would be good for checking a fit before leaving the room. Service was above and beyond, with a tour of the property, welcome drink, bags taken to the room and a turndown service. Ines at breakfast was very friendly. The breakfast is good although the concept of a tasting menu for breakfast is a little odd and ordering à la carte would be better in our opinion. This is the second Torel property we stayed in and will continue to seek it as a gauge of quality in Portugal.
