Nice location in Pontian. Wifi is slow due to shared bandwidth. No elevator and was given a room next to staircase. Sound insulation can be improved, can hear noises from other guests return to rooms.

The door battery is low for a few times, however the receptionist is very helpful and good in manners.

Quick Stay in Princess Hotel, Pontian, Johor
We had a quick stay at this hotel due to business - site visit at Tg Bin Power Plant. We have no clue about the hotel and randomly make the decision after long journey from KL to Pasir Gudang before reached Pontian in the evening. The hotel location was great - near to amenities, banks and eatery places. The room is clean, neat and comfort for our 1 day stay.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean although small and the bed is too near to the toolet entrance. All basic needs loke toolet rpll, tissue, towels, toothbrushes etc are provided.

Nice service personnel
Location is great. It is location exactly in the downtown, with convenience store and local coffee houses surrounded. However, there is a bit noisy in the early morning. Staff are nice, polite, and helpful with the local information. Overall, it is a good stay after long haul driving.
