" I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. This was actually the second time my husband and I have stayed here, and it continues to impress us. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and were always friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The entire property was very clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax and feel comfortable. We also felt safe during our stay, both in our room and around the hotel, which is something we really value when traveling. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, and everything was organized in a way that made the experience smooth and stress-free. "I love this chain and have stayed at a number of Graduate Hotels. This one felt a little empty. I didn’t feel the character of the others - maybe it’s the large lobby, maybe it’s the decor of rooms. It just felt like it was a “thinner” version of the other fab Graduate Hotels (Ann Arbor, New Haven)."

"The location is great but I dont think our bathroom had been cleaned in awhile... like hair in the shower, on the floor and the back of the toilet to include noticable dried up urine when you close the toilet lid. I did veeify it was hair or dried up urine in both places with tissue and it was... when house keeping came around, I asked if they could.come back that we would be gone between 9-5. He said maybe. I asked the front desk if they could make sure they did come back and clean our bathroom. They did come back to give us clean towels and coffee but did not wipe.down the bathroom which is when I verified it was dry urine vs a stain around the toilet lid and hair on the floor."
