「Cabin was quaint and had a rustic appeal. It was clean, host was kind, and location was within a short distance to town. Serviced its purposes for our needs. Would definitely rent again.」

「Our host thought of every detail. From the immaculately clean house to the fresh scent, this property was amazing. I love the fact that everything was labeled including instructions for all of the appliances.」

「Cute little place and a great location for parents with kids living in Rowandale.」

「This stay was excellent for our needs. Booking and check in easy and quick. Property was clean and well maintained. Host was friendly and attentive. Quick response with any communication. Great place to stay and great price! Bed was comfortable for a great night sleep! 」

「My daughter and I had a great stay for Ole Miss Women’s Basketball Camp this past week. The property was as advertised, clean, comfortable beds, well-appointed kitchen, and very conveniently located. The pool area was great too. Really appreciate the responsive hostess and simple checkout process. Will definitely stay here again next time around!」

「Falsely advertised how many people could sleep in the house. The only bed had bodily stains and hairs all over the sheets. The towels were dirty with makeup and other stains. Disgusting and unacceptable. Unbelievably, the Velvet Ditch refused to give any refund. Thankfully, Vrbo protects their clients. I strongly recommend avoiding any Velvet Ditch property after seeing how their management operates.」

「The propert was beautiful, clean and spacious. We did have an issue with the AC not being as cold as we liked. We contacted the host and he had a technician come out immediately. Our host was very attentive and responsive. I would definetly recommend this property to anyone visiting Oxford」
