“Wir waren für eine Woche in der Unterkunft und haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Alberico hat es geschafft, den ursprünglichen Charakter dieses tollen Steinhauses zu bewahren. Trotzdem ist es mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Urlaubsalltag benötigt. Besonders das Bad ist sehr gepflegt. Ein Highlight ist sicherlich die Terrasse, von der man einen beeindruckenden Ausblick auf die bewaldeten Berge des Umlandes hat. “Sehr schöne Lage. Nettes kleines Häuschen mit ausreichend Platz für unsere kleine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern (6 und 8 Jahre alt). Obwohl außerhalb gelegen, ist man sehr schnell in La Spezia, usw.Chiara ist eine tolle Gastgeberin mit vielen guten Tipps. Sie kümmert sich super schnell und gut um Fragen und Anliegen.”

“Assez Bon emplacement pour les visites. Pb de stationnement dans pitelli. Propreté du logement très douteuse (douche dégueulasse, join de frigo ignobles, Micro onde sale...et j'en passe.). On a pas intérêt à casser de la vaisselle sinon on ne peut plus manger. Le logement sent le moisi et la wifi est restée à la 2G. Le propriétaire reste tout de même à l'écoute.”

“There was only one available person to transport us from the train station to this place, and delayed trains made it impossible to use him. YOU CAN NOT WALK to this WITH LUGGAGE. Consider this place if you are in great shape (for the 18" step going into the bathroom and the very narrow spiral stairs), and have a rental car. Great views. “This place is small but well engineered to maximize use of space. If you need a place to relax while in your room this is not the place. Also we are avg size and it was tight for us. The only place to sit is in or on the bed. The bed frame is not designed for this but with pillows we made it work. The windows when closed completely silence the street noise. We wanted air conditioning one night but could not get it to work. The electricity only works while you are inside the room with the special……
