“The property was immaculately clean, with towels, bed linens etc which made it so much easier to get away without palaver! A good size for 4 of us and didn’t feel at all cramped. Lots of nice touches about the place too …(eg. Tea and coffee and shower gel etc) Perhaps needed a few extras to make it even better - like washing up liquid, a dish cloth and a cafetière - to make it even easier to get away without needing to bring anything. Took us a little while to find the key safe (maybe a few……

“I’ve visited Sandbanks many times and normally stay in a hotel. This definitely was the most relaxed enjoyable amazing weekend Fantastic service from host Mark -providing tonnes of information on places to visit etc and the local area. Also Mark enabled an early check in and late check out which was great. The location is superb -onsite parking for two cars at peak time is an absolute bonus. Beach by the fiat was so tranquil and also a short hop on the ferry to Shell Bay will definitely visit……

“Lovely decorated and clean apartment. Very comfortable and everything you need is there. The apartment is situated right by town centre for shopping is on the level and pedestrian only. The harbour front, pubs and restuarants are all close by and is also on the level from apartment. There are plenty of shops, pubs and restuarants and the food and drink prices are ok. We could not have chosen a better placed apartment. We will be back. And hopefully to the same apartment block. Many thanks to all……

“Ideally located, this annex to the main house was private and relaxing. Easy walk to the beach and facilities nearby. Very secure and with our dog we found it was suited to our needs. Communications with the owner was great, we needed nothing on our first night as they provided a welcome bundle that was spot on. ”
