"I was so disappointed in this hotel. We received an unfriendly welcome upon arrival. The hotel looks good from the outside & the lobby. The elevator had no ventilation. It was stuffy and had an awful odor! There were dead bugs on the floor under the bed. We woke up the next morning we discovered roaches crawling on the walls on the counter. When I want to complain about the roaches, the front desk did nothing. I want my money back and I will never stay there again!"

"Honestly, this is the spot. New beautiful area in Downtown Savannah. It's located on the river, so it's a pretty walk to the main area. They also provide bikes and free cars from and to hotel. Friendly helpful staff, great food and drinks and the pool is a real treat. You gotta stay here, you're welcome! :) "
"was a fun part of a fun trip to savannah room was very nice. paying for parking when you spend so much to stay at the hotel is irritating and makes me feel like im being nickeled and dimed. same with the resort fee. give me the price of the true price of the room up front and dont nickel and dime us to death with extra made up fees.
