The oven was dirty and cooking pots/pans old and worn. We didn’t feel comfortable cooking meals there. Our bedrooms were comfortable and had televisions. We especially enjoyed the fire pit outside.”

“We had a great time at Riverview Retreat! The house was perfect for our group and offered beautiful views. We especially loved the fireplace and all of the amenities they had available. The hot tub code was missing from the manual so we weren't able to use it on our first night and the spiral staircase was pretty intimidating for the weather we had. "We informed the hotel in advance that we would be checking in the following morning and requested that our rooms be held accordingly. However, upon arrival, we were told that no rooms were available for us on Sunday evening. In addition to this issue, we were charged twice for the first night. The total amount charged was also significantly higher than the original reservation rate, and there were discrepancies compared to the receipt we received. We have reported these issues to both Hyatt Centric Arlington and Hotels.com, but unfortunately, we have not received any response after two days. This has been a very disappointing experience for us. Given the circumstances, we formally request: A full refund of the duplicate charge for the first night An immediate correction and refund of any overcharged amount. We expect your immediate attention and resolution. "
