"The property is in a very remote location. There is only a Dollar General nearby. I think the host did a good job thinking of what guests would need such as a few bottles of water, bag of ice, plenty of towels. We stayed 6 nights and only had one trash bag. A second trash bag would have been nice so we did not have to buy any. There is no railing for the steps as you enter the property. We are older and found it difficult to manage the steps, especially when carrying something. We also found the entering the digits into the lock difficult, especially at night. If we left the outside light on, there were a ton of bugs when trying to enter the property. So, it is hard to see and enter the lock combination at night. During daylight, we still had issues with the lock combination and had to try multiple times before it worked. The bed is very comfortable. The decor is beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped. The couch was not very comfortable and the cushions separated when sitting in the middle of the couch. I would recommend a sofa sleeper couch to the owner. I would also recommend a more comfortable side chair. The view was very nice, loved looking at the lake. Great place for younger adults who want to hike, kayak, swim, etc. At this location, you are approximately 25-30 minutes from Oxford where the restaurants and stores are located. You may want to shop for food before going to the property."

"Absolutely incredible stay. This home is so spacious!! We came with my siblings to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday. I don’t think it could’ve gone better. There’s plenty of room for multiple families with children. Bunk beds are great! Pack and plays fit in the large closets for young kids to nap in peace. There’s plenty of living room seating between the 3 living rooms. The paddle boards were so fun for all ages. The screened in porch by the water is amazing!! Loved having a coffee pot and a keurig. Check in was a breeze. Great communication from the host! Cannot wait to stay here again!"
